Considering how slow Ireland has been with the vaccine rollout, I’ll expect to be joining you all in 2048.

Canada has been focusing on our most viable assets first (people 70 and over) and also ordered enough for 0.01% of the population so I'll probably get mine early 2024

Massachusetts rollout has been so slow that I’m convinced there’s going to be an “Everyone But Jumpin’ Jesse Walsh” tier.

I got my first Moderna on March 16th and I come back for the second dose on April 13th. Vegas wanting anyone who has laid off from a casino resort to be prioritized worked out well for me.

I've been fully vaccinated with Pfizer since 2 weeks ago
the short term side effects were a lot more intense with the 2nd dose, but I'm good
I opted out of this school year because the school district I work in isn't requiring all staff who will be on school grounds to be vaccinated for some stupid reason
and maybe with some luck I'll be ok returning to work if I land a summer school gig I put in for or subbing next school year

I got my second shot this past Wednesday (Moderna). I actually had more side effects with the first shot (mostly just absolutely exhausted for about 2 days), this second shot my arm hurt for about 24 hours. Ironically, my doctor called me the day after my second shot and said he could get me scheduled. Word on the streets is that Hyvee opens their registration every night at midnight CT. That's how I got mine scheduled.

Everyone please remember that being fully vaccinated doesn't mean you're immune. You can still get it.
Came in point: Me.
And believe me when I say: Not. Recommended.

Got my first Moderna vaccine on March 18th. My second is scheduled for April 15th. I was pretty exhausted after the first one but other than that, no side effects. I made sure to request the day after my second shot off work just to be on the safe side.

Question for those who got second shot, I know everybody is different but for those who felt the side effects, if any, how long did it take to start and end?
Like I know someone who had the Moderna shot and didn't feel the side effects till 6 hours later. Another friend had none whatsoever. So just looking for ballpark

I got my first Pfizer shot about three weeks ago. Aside from a slight heavy feeling in my arm for a couple of hours I had no reaction whatsoever.
Almost all my co-workers got the AstraZenica shot and looked like they'd been hit by a truck for days after. I count myself lucky.

Got my first jab right at 2 weeks ago. Was Moderna. Came home went to sleep. When I woke up hours later I felt like shit. Ran a low grade fever for 5 days, had no energy. Never felt like eating and had low grade body aches for a week.
Going April 14th to get dose 2.
My father got both doses of Moderna over a month ago now. Besides his arm being a bit sore he felt nothing else from it. Mom got her first one close to a month ago,Moderna, and felt bad for 2 days. She goes next week to get dose 2.
My lady, who works in the health care field, finally got her's 3 weeks ago. She managed to get the johnson and johnson one shot and it's over version. She ran a low grade fever for 3 days and just felt yucky.
When I got my first dose was told "You might feel like you got a weak version of the flu for a few days." by the nurse giving me the shot. Had to tell her that I have never had the flu. Kinda surprised her.
ANyways gotten so use to masking up when I leave the house I doubt I stop. Noticed how most years I have 2 or 3 bad colds over the winter. This past winter I had 1.

I got my second shot this past Thursday. I've been so sleepy since I took it, but I never ran a fever or felt sick. I mainly just felt like all of my energy was zapped and that is still lingering, to a certain extent. They recommended that I take two Tylenol before the shot to try and hold off the side effects, so maybe that worked. Did you get Moderna or Pfizer? Moderna.

UPDATE: Not a joke, I just looked it up and the Walgreen's I'm getting my vaccination at used to be Ed Sharkey's bar and training facility. Gang, I'm getting my COVID vaccination in the same place X-Pac and Jerry Lynn learned how to wrestle. Get a vaccine and learn the Cradle Piledriver. Not a bad deal.
