In the past 3 weeks we've seen
MJF turn on the Inner Circle QT turn on Cody And now the Bucks turn on Moxley
Is it just me or do they need to cool it with these heel turns?
Thoughts?

My thoughts:
MJF was already a heel, though. If anything, it was a face turn for the Inner Circle.
QT's was a slow burn, almost going back to when he was fraternizing with the Bunny. The seeds were there, and they slowly began to blossom during the Tag Team Battle Royale.
The Young Bucks should've been heel for a while now. Once Kenny turned, it was just a matter of time.

As above, MJF wasn't a turn anyway and QT and The Bucks have been towing the line as tweeners for months (if not over a year in The Bucks case), so to answer your question... no.

Well with those three, you saw them all coming. It starts to feel like too many if they're happening for no reason. I suppose you could space them out more but they all felt like the right time to me.

I don't think it's too many heel turns, I think it's that AEW has always had an undernourished face side of things, especially at main event level, and so more heel turns without more face turns to balance it out doesn't really work.
The Inner Circle turning babyface redresses the balance a lot, but does nothing for the roster as a whole because they're dealing with 1. Wardlow and MJF who were already in all their segments anyway 2. several people who were already heel. Once the Pinnacle/Inner Circle angle is over, if the Circle are still going, they could all move onto other feuds as babyfaces.
To be honest my ideal team to defeat heel Bucks for the titles is babyface Postage and Packing.

The other thing to note was that the Dark Order was forced into a babyface role after the death of Brodie Lee, meaning you had a vacuum on the heel side that needed to be filled.

Presumably, Matt Hardy turning (and Private Party joining him) as he forms a massive stable primed to fight Dark Order also helps with this. On another note, I'd like to think that if Brodie never died, we'd still have a Dark Order face turn in some form, with some of the group going face with Hangman's support.

That seemed to be the case, with Colt basically helping to fight for the soul of the Dark Order with Hangman like the BTE father figure he’d become.

MJF's been a heel his entire AEW career. Even when he was with Cody and his buddies, he was a complete prick and his betrayal was a matter of "if" not" when."

You kinda had to make more heels with the turning of Dark Order, and they successfully have with the formation of QT's group and The Bucks finally pulling the trigger.
MJF was never a face though, it was really Inner Circle turning face in the end, not MJF going heel, so it was an opposing allignment shift.

It's the opposite, this has been the year of face turns.
- The entire Dark Order - Eddie Kingston - The Inner Circle
QT, The Bucks and Scorpio are the only heel turns I can think of. That's 14 face turns and 4 heel turns.
Brian Cage also seems to be teasing a face turn.

Matt Hardy also turned heel and took Private Party with him. Death Triangle turned from heels to badass tweeners who can work either depending on what's needed. Lance Archer is in a similar position.

Though, judging by last night, Archer could be trending towards being face-ish again as he goes after Kenny for the title.

The Bucks have been trying to turn heel since the Fall, so I can't really call it a full turn so much as FINALLY it's for sure.

The Bucks have been acting like heels in their matches from day one of AEW, so at least now the endless double teaming and punching faces who are showing no signs of interfering and are just stood in their corner waiting to be tagged will make more sense.
They could probably have spaced the big heel turns out a little better, but they needed fresh blood on the heel side, The Inner Circle ran their course as the main heel faction and the Dark Order were unable to really get going due to circumstances beyond anyone's control.

Just too many turns in general. Although many were needed. All the pieces are in place now so chill for a bit.
Also be careful with the tweeners, it's a hard line to tread. It's mostly worked with Death Triangle but Archer seems all over the place.
