It's an infamous group of guys led by Vince Russo trying to gain control of the NWA from Jeff Jarrett. It starts out strong and then abruptly goes off the rails.

I used to order some of the weekly TNA pay-per-views and the only one I remember Tenay made a point that Glen Gilberti was taking a leadership role in S.E.X.

I remember that time. Awful stable, started off ok but then went straight into a mess.

TNA had a few stupid patterns the booking would follow. One was that factions had a habit of losing purpose and falling apart as soon as whoever in charge lost interest in writing for them. While they lasted longer than, say, the three weeks or so it took for Russo to lose interest in the Frontline, SEX was the ur-example of that.

The only thing I remember about this stable is their awful entrance theme:

Didn't Triple X(Daniels, Skipper and Low-Ki) spun off from S.E.X?

It started, had some good members join, such as Triple X, but also lots of garbage. Then, after a brief period of having a purpose, it went nowhere.

I read that whole thing. At any given point, it was very difficult to figure out who was in the group, or who they were feuding with, or why. So, a typical Vince Russo storyline.

I remember Jorge Estrada suddenly being a member of SEX on one of the TNA Weekly PPVs when he entered for a match.
There was no build-up to it. It was also confusing because Sonny Siaki, who was already a member, had previously turned against Estrada, and Siaki burned his own Flying Elvis gear to signal the end of that trio.

Ahh, Vince Russo. You know we all talk about his "______ on a pole" trope, but few talk about his trope of creating juvenile acronyms for groups of people and one wrestling company.

I want Russo to come up with a stable named HANDJOB or CLITORIS and have to back into what the acronym stands for.
