Of course with it being WrestleMania season, was watching some of my favorite Mania matches, and of course some of the best promos, like the one right below:
Which made me think of the question- what are some of your favorite wrestling promos ever? Here is another favorite of mine:

One of my all time favorites was Christopher Danials at that ROH show where Stephen Amell had a tag match with Bullet Club.
Daniels starts by saying that Amell is his "Second favorite actor, on his second favorite show, from his second favorite comic book company." He then asks where the rest of the Bullet Club is: "Where's Thomas Tonga? Where's Tanga Ebola? Where's Bad Luck Failure?"
It was f***ing gold.

Mick Foley - Cane Dewey
I'm guessing it counts, Mick when he transitions from Mankind to Cactus Jack on Smackdown
Paul London and Daniel Bryan team Dolphin or whatever it was! Stoned lunatics saying stoner stuff

Steve Austin's first promo after WM13, which was 8 days after. (I wanna say March 31st, same Raw where Bret faced Rocky Maivia.)

If you mean just my favorite interviews, that'd take a while to list.
Off the top of my head? I loved the Cena promo on CM Punk where Bret Hart is in the ring, with Cena calling on heel Punk to quit taking shortcuts as champ. There was one great NWA Ric Flair interview (among many) where he's just going off on Luger and the Road Warriors, calling them "three cartoon characters". Randy Savage had a great promo leading into his WM5 Hogan match, the "pure rage" one. Minoru Suzuki one time cut a badass promo on Tanahashi after he beat him for the IC title, talking about how only power matters and how much Tana was broken.
Dusty had too many to mention, but one that always stood out for me was him calling out Hiro Matsuda, and he brands him "The Master of Evil!"

The only question is, "Which William Regal promo do I choose?"

Rock explaining why he joined the Nation.
Then explaining why he joined the Corporation.
In both cases he said he never forgot the "Die Rocky Rocky" chants.

God, that Monster video just brought back just how special WM30 was. The fact that pure fan opinion and love completely forced WWE to change their plans (even if they do like to pretend it was the plan all along). Truly amazing.

I am not sure what my favorite is, but one of my favorites is a Dusty one. Shocking, I know.
Hard Times is great, of course, but I actually think the "Shameful" one he did when Baby Doll turned on him was even better.

The only question is, "Which William Regal promo do I choose?" Easily the one before his last match where he looks back on his career before invevitable defeat. m.youtube.com/watch?v=T4zmenHmjxk

Well, one of mine is Roddy Piper's from Rumble 92, which I can near enough quote word for word. "First thing I'm gonna do, I'm gonna take Roddy Piper's integrity - that's like Jacques Costeau trying to find a dry spot in a desert, I AIN'T GOT NO DAMN INTEGRITY, how do you think I got so far?" (big grin at camera) - Also, he makes Mean Gene corpse at the end.
But for promo in the opening post, I think you mean those hype videos? In which case a few old favourites of mine -
Summerslam 1997, Bret/Taker, Shawn as referee - "If life was fair..." Rumble 2001 - "to have been to Eden and tasted its fruit..." Summerslam 2002, HHH v HBK - "I will fight till there's nothing left..."

The CM Punk promo on Raven way back when - stunning work and a rhetorical masterpiece to rival anything Dusty ever did, which is saying something. On the very, very obscure side of things: a Colt Cabana promo on Shawn Spears in OVW. I cannot recommend this promo enough, it's findable on Youtube with search terms like "Colt Cabana Shawn Spears OVW" (but not from OVW, so I won't embed or link). Just going to spoiler tag a description: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Shawn Spears comes backstage from a match to find a DVD addressed to him from Cabana. Spears puts in the DVD as angrily as possible, which is unintentionally pretty funny because DVDs do not lend themselves to this.
The DVD starts with....a clip of Chocolate Rain, which then is interrupted, in the style of a VHS tape that's been partially taped over, by a black and white Colt Cabana promo. Cabana states that he broke into Spears' apartment, and took the most valuable thing that Spears had..."Which was Ronnie the Rabbit." [Camera pans to a stuffed rabbit that is tied up and blindfolded, and Colt looks legitimately confused] "Which is very weird."
Cabana then gives a list of cartoonishly villainous demands - that Spears meet him in the ring, that Spears not contact the police, that Spears not try "anything funny" - in between tasing the stuffed bunny (whose ears straighten up each time he does so) and laughing maniacally.
Cabana's promo ends with Cabana gleefully tasing the stuffed bunny. Cut back to the room, Spears is kneeling before the TV screen, bawling his eyes out and clutching the screen as he whines, "Don't hurt Ronnie! You're an animal! An animal!"
Chocolate Rain resumes playing while Spears cries into the TV screen.

The package that was put together for Samoa Joe vs Scott Steiner in TNA was absolute gold. One of tje best promo packages I’ve ever seen.

William Regal’s “Born Naughty” Jake Roberts at Survivor Series 1991, “The End of the Beginning”
If we’re talking video packages, the Shawn/Taker package with Placebo covering Running Up That Hill is my favourite from recent memory.

Sting the final nitro.
It’s thirty seconds long but he says everything that needs to be said. Goosebumps.
