His minor league baseball stint was just a small speed bump on his way to become the best basketball player ever. Honestly? Although it was nothing more than a publicity stunt, I wouldn’t say Tebow embarrassed himself on the diamond. Certainly not good enough for a call up to the show, BUT he did a lot better than I thought. Well he made a minor league all star game, so I'm not sure how that would be considered a failure in the minors. Wasn't Deion Sanders or Bo, but who is?

Dang, RIP to Colt Brennan... one of the few college players young me watched from afar and I forced him as my QB in franchise mode back when I played sports games.

I remember him and Graham Harrell putting up video game numbers back in the day. And his senior year, there was a big push to get them ranked in the top 4. Wild to hear about all the problems he had post-football.

I love this signing. He should start at LT and we finally have good depth on the O-line.

Eagles first game of the season will be at Atlanta
This could be a really good game to see what this new offense and Smih can do, but on the flipside, if they don't hunt for some Corners in FA or trades, Julio, Ridley, and Pitts is gonna be a nightmare to defend.

The Blake Bortles era in Green Bay has begun! I feel like they wouldn't make this kind of move if they were confident Aaron would be back next season.

And yet Bortles didn't have in Jacksonville what he'd have in Green Bay IF Rodgers doesn't come back, and considering Schefty shit the bed....

Call me old-fashioned, but the NFL's new single-digit jersey rule is the dumbest f**king rule change ever. I hate it so much and it's one of those things that will take multiple seasons to get used to.

A couple of days ago Tom Brady Sr. called in unannounced to a Boston sports radio station and started talking about the Bucs beating the Patriots to go 4-0. I get the feeling Tom's dad says the things that Tom wants to say but won't.

I hate it so much and it's one of those things that will take multiple seasons to get used to. what's that? The NFL introduced a new rule starting for the 2021 season in which running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, linebackers, and cornerbacks can wear single-digit jersey numbers. So now Leonard Fournette will wear no. 7 with the Buccaneers, Patrick Peterson will wear no. 7 with the Vikings, DeSean Jackson will wear no. 1 with the Rams, and Kyle Pitts will wear no. 8 with the Falcons, just to name a few.
