Looks like the Falcons will be trading WR Julio Jones to the Titans What are the Titans doing? I get the whole Henry only has so many years argument but...Ryan Tannehill isn't a franchise guy and their defense is one of the worst. They basically move from an iffy wildcard/division winner to probably lock divisional round. The move still leaves them pretty far behind KC and Buffalo.

They lost Humphries, Davis and Smith to free agency so it’s still entirely possible even with this move they’re not as good offensively as they were in 2020. Sure AJ Brown and Julio Jones make an incredible duo and Henry is the best in the game but they got torn up in the passing game last year and I don’t see how they’re any better.

I love Julio but he's also not exactly a lock to play healthy the whole season either.

They now have 2 often injured WR's and a RB with back to back big carry seasons, wheels could easily fall off.

Yeah I’d be surprised if Henry is still an elite back at 30 but it gives you a couple years to run him into the ground. Not sure how they build a super bowl caliber defense in that short a time but the offense of healthy is as legit as any

Brandon Crawford became the all-time leading games played at SS in Giants franchise 139 year history tonight.
He’s played incredible defense, and also hit 2 more home runs. Dude’s 34 and has been in decline for seasons now. This is incredible!

Deciding to hold out in 2018 and cut some rather (in my opinion) not good raps did not work out.

Runningbacks who have the type of build like Bell have such a short shelf life when it comes to elite talent. I don't blame him at all for not wanting to get low-balled by the Steelers, but that one year sabbatical did a lot of harm to his career.

Meanwhile Steelers despite some BS on their end have been proven right about letting go of AB and Bell when they did If not for Tom Terrific, AB wouldn't have gotten that ring

Between his off the field issues and how he treated the Raiders organization he was more toxic than his worth

Between his off the field issues and how he treated the Raiders organization he was more toxic than his worth He'd be out the league after the Pats job if Tom didn't love him so much I think now he may have bought himself another year or two on his career if he left Bucs next season but he is clearly at that point where off the field issues is not being ignored due to how talented he is. That shit with the Raiders should be a cautionary tale for picking up players like him

I don't blame him at all for not wanting to get low-balled by the Steelers, but that one year sabbatical did a lot of harm to his career. It's some serious revisionist history to say that Le'Veon Bell got low-balled by the Steelers. He turned down a five-year, $70 million contract with $33 million guaranteed, then forfeited $14 million in the process by skipping the 2018 season, and ultimately signed a shorter contract for less money and $2 million more in guarantees with the Jets. And at this point, what value would he provide to any team? Whether because of the shelf life of running backs or because of his own decision to skip an entire season, Bell hasn't been anywhere near the player he was in 2017, plus you have to deal with the fact that he's burned bridges with every franchise he's played for (Steelers, Jets, Chiefs) and will probably burn more bridges if given the opportunity.
