They did 1.09M viewers with a 0.42 in 18-49 which was...the best on cable.

Well not the record breaker I thought it might be, but they still had to deal with one more week of The Challenge. Got over a million though!
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the show started slow and then got big viewership in the second hour and by the end of the Blood and Guts match as a whole. I'd be shocked if it was otherwise.
Top on Cable is the big win, it's what they set out to do, they succeeded. Good on them!
Next week's show is absolutely stacked, hope they build off this with even less competition to worry about

Good rating. Is this the first time that they have been no. 1 in the demo?

Sort of hoped it’d be 1.2-1.5m but on the flip side, No 1 on cable is No 1 in cable regardless.

Good rating. Is this the first time that they have been no. 1 in the demo? Yep, this is history for them Some idiots on the Internet will bitch about how this show didn't get 1.3 Million or above but they were the number one show in all of cable, and they never did it before. That's one of the biggest wins in company history.

Better demo than 2 weeks ago, sucks that they lost the 50+ folks in the process.

Some might be disappointed by the total viewer number, but yesterday was Cinco De Mayo, and there's a whole lot of newly vaccinated people dying to get out of the house, and they were still #1 in the demo.

Not only number one in the demo but .10 points higher than number two. That’s really amazing. Is that the first time they’ve ever been number one on Wednesdays?

With DVR numbers they'll bump up to 1.5 million at least. Advertisers hear "#1 rated on cable" and love it. Only ones who can really criticize this are the trolls.

Better demo than 2 weeks ago, sucks that they lost the 50+ folks in the process. There's always a fluctuating number of casuals who tune in for guys they want to see. Darby didn't have a match tonight, for example, who always brings roughtly that number or more to them.

I remember people laughing about their viewership and demos last week dude to the president's speech to congress but, it was obvious that was a one-off.
Number one in the demo on cable? That I did not see coming. It's a good sign, for sure.

I didn't even factor in the fact people might be partying on Cinco de Mayo. No wonder Penta and Fenix weren't there

Also, I'd love to see the quarter breakdowns, because that's going to be interesting for a 1 match show that went about 45 minutes.

Same, I sort of expected that Challenge aftermath show to top it but hey, that still would have made it No 2-3 and that wouldn’t be too bad still.

If I were Anti-AEW trolls at this point I'd worry about their own show instead of trying to keep some sort of War dispute alive... and for the record I hope NXT rebounds as well, but it also shows that you can't take being alone for granted.

More interesting data, this weeks show did better in the male demo than the show that had Tyson.
