If another thread exists let me know but the spinoff of The Clone Wars has its first episode out. Thoughts?

I commented on it on the general Star Wars thread. Was not expecting a 75 minute episode. I was not a fan of the Bad Batch arc on Clone Wars, but I surprisingly really enjoyed this. Just a really good story with some cool surprises. {Spoiler}Was not expecting Kanan Jarrus to show up.

Lol, Bad Bunch.
I watched it this morning and surprisingly loved it. I wasn't much looking forward to it because I didn't like the Clone Wars arc about them. In addition to just being a good show with interesting characters, they are finally addressing one of the main things that I personally have always wanted to see in Star Wars: the story of the transition of Clone Troopers to enlisted Storm Troopers.

I do like their designs, but I am a mark for "team with customized armor/gear".

The title made me think this was an update to The Little Rascals.
I now feel disappointed.

Heads up, people!
It's only been a couple days but episode 2 is out. About to watch it right now before I go to work.

If this doesn't make the 100 likes club I riot. Also, I suck at photoshop but here's some ideas: Them as the Brady Bunch in the squares The Appetite For Destruction album cover (like Inner Circle) A Crunch N Munch box

{Spoiler}So was there any specific reason why Order 66 didn't do anything to Cut? I mean, we've seen that there's more to it then just labeling the Jedi enemies. The compliance chip has made the Clones almost completely subservient to Imperial orders. I would think if nothing else Cut would start feeling much more conflicted about being a deserter, or helping the Bad Batch.
Maybe Rex removed his chip when he swung by the day before?

Being able to desert in the first place implies that he can ignore orders with no ill effects.

Being able to desert in the first place implies that he can ignore orders with no ill effects. {Spoiler}Dialogue suggested that Crosshairs had no problem ignoring orders pre-Order 66, yet post-Order 66 he couldn't even grasp why slaughtering innocent refugees was wrong. There had to be something more then that.
I kinda prefer the idea that the broadcast activated the compliance chip and Cut just never saw the broadcast.

I love that woke culture has gotten so out of hand that there had to be a female clone of a male included in the show to keep everyone happy

That moment when Cut's children realize that on their birthday they should be getting like 5 billion presents from all their uncles

I love that woke culture has gotten so out of hand that there had to be a female clone of a male included in the show to keep everyone happy That has actually been a long trope in science fiction. It's especially prevalent in the Battletech setting where the Clans have been cloning for centuries and deliberately introducing variants like that.

Yeah, while I'm sure there maybe a small element of pandering in the inclusion of Omega... I think it's fairly harmless and she is fairly important to the narrative of the story since you need a reason for everything to be set in motion. She also gives them something to grow as characters around. She also can serve as an avatar for the viewer since the whole world is new to her. She also has an element of mystery around her because there is a question of what purpose the Kaminoans made her for.
So all that being said I've personally quite enjoyed her so far.
