Wants to wrestle for other companies but some sources think he stays. Any chance Bryan comes to Aew?!

I feel like it's a non-zero chance, but not super likely.
Like, he has friends there, and obviously, an enormous amount of respect and esteem would be shown to him, but I think he stays in WWE.
I could have seen him intrigued to tour, sort of, and appear in many different places, but that's obviously difficult right now, especially internationally. Hasn't he expressed interest in performing in Mexico? AEW would certainly allow for more outside booking flexibility than WWE does, but it's still Bryan having to start over again if he goes this route.
Of course, we thought the same thing about Paul Wight, so, who the f*** knows.

I think it’s very likely Bryan Danielson ends up wrestling part time for multiple organizations at the same time with a major tie in with AEW.
I don’t see him going back to WWE. Danielson’s interest in how he wants to do his last run in professional wrestling doesn’t line up with WWE’s.

I would rather see Samoa Joe, Peyton, and Billie Kay in AEW than Bryan. Joe already has history with MJF, and the former iconics could make the women's division more exciting.
Besides a match with Omega, I don't see anything else for Bryan in AEW.

There's always a chance in wrestling, but not a high one. If Bryan really wanted to go on a tour of promotions and wrestle different people, then AEW and it's relationships with other promotions is the best place.

never say never in the wrestling business, but at the end of the day it really depends on what Daniel Bryan wants to do

This is exactly the future what Bryan has been expressing he wants to finish out his pro wrestling active in the ring career. I would actually be shocked if Mr. Danielson went back to WWE at this point.

I wonder if the same people saying this would never happen are the same people who said NJPW wouldn't work with AEW.

I’d say that the odds are pretty low. I imagine that the WWE will set him up for life with their offer. If so no one can really fault him for taking it.
We’ll see, but I have my doubts.

I really see Bryan going the Kota Ibushi route for the remainder of his career. Where he works where he wants but will not sign a long term contract anywhere. He's in the bucket list phase of his career where he's made his money, he's done everything, and now he just wants to have fun. So I don't see him purposely limiting himself to one company for longer than a couple months at a time. Not to say he can't be used in long-term storyline builds anywhere, just he'll show up... progress the story, leave for a while, then come back when it makes sense for the next section. I just don't think he'll be holding any titles anywhere.... not that he needs to, anyway. Just having him tear shit up with guys around the world would be enough.

I wonder if the same people saying this would never happen are the same people who said NJPW wouldn't work with AEW. I thought New Japan would eventually work with AEW. I don't think Daniel's decision is just his own. His wife produces TV with WWE as does his sister in law, he has two young children and a history of almost career threatening injuries. Also, he seems happy. If he's happy, his wife is happy, he can play it safe at this stage in his career, I just don't know why he leaves. Maybe? But I doubt it. Also, he was just in the main event of the highest rated wrestling show and people adore him. Wrestling fans are fickle. Look at how half the internet acted with a safe Jericho fall. You think he feels like dealing with that garbage? Or his wife being harrassed non stop by the anti-AEW Universe. A lot of factors go into it, and it's more than just some dream matches.

Very low. Which is a shame, I'd love to see him in AEW and Japan. But I've always gotten the vibe that he has a lot of loyalty to WWE.
Would love to be wrong.

It's tough to tell. Nobody seems to really know what he wants to do anymore. Part of me feels like he was just going through the motions for awhile, but he also apparently really liked being involved with creative

He either ends up in AEW or stays retired. Outside of maybe wrestling in Japan and/or Mexico a few times, that's all I can see.

Outside shot but, I see him resigning with WWE or going to New Japan before I see him signing with AEW.

Probably none but I’ll dream about it until he re signs with WWE or goes somewhere else.

He did say he wanted to do something’s inside WWE but also outside WWE. Like he wants some sort of forbidden door contract.
I don’t see WWE or AEW going along with him being paid by appearance or short term 3 month deals so he can work elsewhere.
I do think it’s more possible than Punk or Lesnar, but less possible than Joe.
No matter what I think his last match will be in WWE.

Although Dave can be wrong sometimes, he is right with most of the backstage stuff. This will probably get Bryan a higher paid contract with WWE by allowing it to run down and the speculation surrounding it.
