Losing Town Cop is something that sets us back a lot, but losing Brad's worse. He's very good at this. Hoping he gets to say his goodbye. I wonder what all happened during the Night. Besides the Cop maybe getting his action in, did anything else happen? The description didn't hint at much. aka Cthulhu, I want to get your thoughts on last night. You and Brad got my attention with your rping on Day One. Also, MrBRulzOK, I wonder what you think so far about the situation we're in.

Well, allow me to break the ice!
Call this a hunch. You're asking me my thoughts here? Just spitballing here, are you suspecting me? You want my opinion on the situation 'cause you noticed me and Brad on the RP on day one... MrBRulzOK, Matt #Reginaldforwomenschamp, SpiderFabX, and The Brad - god rest his soul... well, they were there too, and you put the spotlight on me specifically for an opinion.
And here's more of my opinion. You and Jazzman. You two are in sync, huh? Just one day, and you two just so happen to vote to lynch the same person.
I'm not trying to be hostile, but you wanna ask me my thoughts? Right back at you, and might as well say the same to Jazzman for that day 1 lynch vote connection. And of course, in honor of The Brad and Kindergarten Cop, I also wanna here everyone else's thoughts.

If you decide to cast a No Vote or otherwise ignore the proceedings, you allow Mafia to control the game. We know essentially nothing about what happened during Night Phase. We learned nothing from Day One's activity, except for some people Voting for a Lynch, some people Voting not to Lynch, and some people doing absolutely nothing. I'm asking for people to do more than waste another entire evening of irl time right after the Cop was killed.

I still have to disagree on voting for someone on day 1 because honestly that's just a guessing game at that point. Didn't choose lynching or not lynching, and honestly not saying anything is as good as the latter so let everyone know my stance on that. Like you said, we didn't learn anything from Day 1 or Night 1, aside from the fact we let a good man die. A cop like John Kimble is the type to follow his hunch, no matter how ridiculous it might end up being, like going undercover as a kindergarten teacher. I want to try and follow that hunch, and hopefully not have a shotgun blow a hole in me. So I'll try to follow my hunch. Jazzman ... I'll vote for a lynch on him. Either you, @irontyger , or him. Call it a hunch. Maybe I'll find myself dead at night later if I fail on this hunch, or the other night. Hell, it's true. Maybe because the rest of us opted out on a lynch caused an innocent Arnold to die, but now we all know the stakes. Someone out there is killing anyone who had been named Arnold Schwarzenegger. Like... like a Terminator. We can no longer sit on our asses so we all gotta vote.

And just to be clear, I vote for Jazzman right now, but I wanna hear his statement first, and all the others. If I find something, I can change my vote, or stick to mine harder. I'm going by a hunch here, gut feelings as I think about John Kimble and how he would do his detective work. That said, tell me your thoughts. Who's your guess on who the killer is here. You asked me first, and I gave you an answer. Didn't even wait for others to chime in. You wanna guess like day 1, go ahead, and tell us all on who you think is out there after us.

Well, I find it a bit odd that Spider2024 hasn't responded to having two votes cast to lynch him. He might be trying to act nonchalant about it. That said, he could easily be the wrong target. Minding his business during Day One. I can't rule out Jazzman but he would more likely suggest voting for Spiderfab4 and not start the ball rolling. Mafia tend to do try to get others to start a Lynch vote and then back out so they don't play their hand. You? Probably unlikely because you're too active. You might be trying to set Jazzman and I up but if either of us flip Town, you look really bad. So, I doubt you would risk being so confrontational if you were Mafia. MrBRulzOK hasn't said much. He might be trying to blend in. He has a lot of experience though, so he might be trying to process the subtleties of people's exchanges and map things put that way. Matt might be a good shot to investigate. He's new and he could use that to fly under the radar a bit.

It's not enough for me to get rid of my hunch, as I still need to hear out everyone else's thoughts. That said, as I think about it, I wanna hear the rest of the Arnolds. For their thoughts on who they think is the culprit, and adding to that, why they aren't. I'll start off with me. I wanted to wait out day 1 because there wasn't enough info. I'm no stranger to people trying to kill me, but seeing so many... me is a bit of a thing. Cruel as it is, I took a risk. Wait it out until someone falls on the chopping block. Could have killed me, I know that, but it was a risk I'm willing to take. I am Arnold, after all. Now that that's happened, I feel that the smartest move, the only move, is to start sending feelers on who might be the culprit. I'm being the gung ho cop... might not be the best thing since it puts me in a massive spotlight, but it'll hopefully try to shake out the culprit into showing their true colors.

For the record, Votes only count if they are in the following format:
[ b ] Vote: Player name [ /b ]
(only without the spaces) so it would show up as
Vote: Player name

So, it has come to this, the blind lead the blind or perhaps those who see everything are leading us by the nose in the direction they want us to go down. Let me start by saying I'm 100% town through and through, I can help us win this game, but we need to get active and try. Sitting idlily by and saying "it's a guessing game" is only playing into Mafia hands. Of course it's a guessing game, it's Mafia! Do you think someone is going to come out and post early, "Dur hur, I'm the godfather." No, we need to crack some eggs to make this omelette, so I'm not apologizing for attempting to get a lynch on day one. If I was wrong, so be it, but at least I did something of value. With that being said...
FoS: Tyger
FoS: Cthulhu
FoS: Spider
Why the three fingers? Well, I'm thinking about the endgame for all of our actions so far. I still am of the mind of there being two scum players here, and odds are that those two are within these three players. Why? Well let me talk about those who aren't on the radar right now.
Matt: Perhaps a touch meta of thought, but hasn't done anything of note, needed a PM from Produceman to get himself involved. Makes me believe he's a vanilla townie, no responsibility and no buddy to tell him to post so that way he doesn't draw attention. Surprised a movement around him didn't happen on day 1, an easy pick off who would have gotten us town in the hole, but could have drawn attention for those town people with roles to go hunting for answers.
Mr B: Issue I have with him, started the No Lynch vote. Arguably the biggest mystery in this game right now, could go either way but for now, not as strong a suspect as the three people I'm focusing on.
Alright now onto my three major suspects.
Cthulhu: Seems like he's voting for me, could switch to Tyger if need be. Claims to want to be certain of votes, to not lynch if we can't be sure. One problem with that, doing nothing is almost worse than doing something. You don't give the mafia free reign to do anything in the night without maybe giving those with power roles in the town a chance to use those roles effectively. If we sit around, we're fish in a barrel.
Spider: Again, it's a hunch, but the fact that Cthulhu is so quick to his side in defense and calling myself and Tyger out for voting for the lynch of him makes me think that where's there is smoke their might be fire. I will wait to hear from Spider as to his defense, but I continue to have a raised radar of him again and would have problem voting for a second lynch of him if need be.
Tyger: Speaking of smoke, Tyger is an intriguing part of the discourse right now. Either he's trying to be a helpful townie by getting people involved, or he's scum hiding in plain sight. Of all the play so far, he seems the most scummy to me. Jumping on a needless lynch vote knowing we weren't going to do anything to Spider and now on day two getting into with Cthulhu without really saying much. Tyger is driving the action through others without driving the action himself. Again, could be playing way out front but in a game where little is happening, maybe hiding in plain sight is the best spot to be.
Honestly, two of these three are likely scum, hell if we're up against 3, then all three could be in play. The question is who are the connected pair? All I know is that is where I stand and I stand with the town in this fight.

I'm just curious to why someone wth two votes against them isn't trying to exonerate themselves.
I might be pressing the action but if someone doesn't, Town's just going to run out of time.
Jazzman, you can say that I jumped on a meaningless vote train, but why did you start it in the first place? To smoke someone out? If I'm scum, what do you say to those that grouped us together?

I'm just curious to why someone wth two votes against them isn't trying to exonerate themselves. I might be pressing the action but if someone doesn't, Town's just going to run out of time. Jazzman, you can say that I jumped on a meaningless vote train, but why did you start it in the first place? To smoke someone out? If I'm scum, what do you say to those that grouped us together? Why vote late? Well, I was in the woods all weekend and came back late and saw nothing was happening. I figure, start a vote, drive some action but it was late in the game when I got to it and no momentum was found. As to what I'd say to Cthulhu for grouping us together, I'm spinning this into a "What would I do if I were scum" situation. Now in this exercise I'm assuming roles here. Town obviously had a cop, I wouldn't be surprised if they had a healer/protector like a doctor and maybe a third role, but seems unlikely to me because of how overpowered it would be that they have a killing role of any kind. I'm also assuming for balance, 2 Mafia players, could be only one, but I'm guessing 2. Now, if I was scum,I would yell my scum buddy to try and pair me with one of two players as potential townies. Either the guy who led the action or the guy who is the most likely lynchee. Why, well its simple math. We have 6 players right now, if the Mafia could successfully railroad me to a lynch we lose another townsperson, taking the score to 3-2, then they kill in the night, 2-2. You can then stall out the day, getting to 2-1 scum on night 3 and lynch win on Day 4. Basically, if we don't get Mafia here we lose. We could no vote after all this to potentially keep a math advantage, but we need more players to be involved. So back to my point on why to group us together Tyger, well if/when I die and come up Townie, you're in the clear. Of course I was with him, you'll claim, we're on the same side! How stupid would I be to be so close to the guy talking the most and putting myself in the middle if I was scum. Sure, you might have to sacrifice Cthulhu if that's who you are associated with but it'll be worth it because you'll have the credit for leading the charge against him. It's a good plan though, makes a lot of sense. One tiny sacrifice to set up a path to victory.

aka Cthulhu, so Jazzman's saying we're working together and that you're grouping Jazzman and myself together. Ultimately, one of us could set up the other, who flips Mafia, leaving the other one clear. Now, if he flips Town or I flip Mafia, then you would be the next one put up. Are you comfortable being Lynched? If you're Town, you are because you win if Town wins. Now, I'm pretty sure Jazzman's Town. I think you are, too. So, I would lean into others that I would be less certain of. MrBRulzOKSpider2024MattAt some point they're going to have to open up more.

I can understand being a little uncertain about me. Like I said, the only reason I went with a no lynch vote was in hopes that it would get the ball rolling on some sort of action. At the time I was unsure if we'd be able to get anything done otherwise since other people were being hesitant. It wasn't until after I had made the no lynch vote that people started making some moves. Sometimes you gotta stick the gun right in somebody's face before they realize the urgency about what's going on. And it worked because it gave us a better look at some of our fellow townspeople.
In the end we still never made a decisive action. That is unfortunate, and now that we've lost our detective, things are only going to get even more difficult for everybody. That's why it is imperative we all be dead on with our logic for who we target and why. Going off halfcocked will just lead to more tragedy.
That's why I think we should hold off on voting right away for either Spiderfab, Tyger, or Jazzman. If we're gonna make a move then we need to be able to justify it. And just rushing people to the gallows is reckless if you ask me. Just because we play action stars who shoot first and ask questions never, that's not something we should emulate here. But at the time, Jazz did at least try and push us in a direction that had a chance of success. Of everybody here, I'm strongest about him being on our side.

I won't just sacrifice myself willy-nilly here. I'd rather have the murderer off me, though obviously I'd be happiest if no one offs me and we win as town and I ride off into the sunset. As I get used to this strange situation that had brought us here, I will agree with what you've done on the first day, to an extent. Did not agree with voting on day 1 without hearing more from the other Arnolds, but now that we got a dead one, we need to hear them out. See, at this point, you, @irontyger, me, and Jazzman has been the most vocal, and that puts a spotlight on us three, and leaving the others quietly sitting around. Matt and MrBRulzOK have said their piece, and Spider2024 has been quiet. And on the subject of SpiderFabX, Jazzman don't confuse what I said as defending him. Just found it strange that you and Tyger would be so quick to home in on him on Day 1. Whatever. All three of us are going in circles with so much talk. Night's about to fall soon, and we need to hear the quieter ones and all of us, and I wanna emphasize ALL OF US, need to make a choice before it becomes too late.

Cthulhu, we weren't quick to hone in on Spider2024. It was a play to try to get some activity started. Jazzman may have also used it to flush out Mafia. As it is, it is almost always to Town's benefit to attempt a lynch on Day One. When you don't, you are essentially keeping the game back a phase. That Spiderfab hasn't responded yet shouldn't be taken as a sign that he's Mafia but he is impeding Town. Silence will not help us. He'll literally be mod-killed if he doesn't post this Day.

I am a bit worried that he'd be lynched if he doesn't reply soon. Not because I wanna defend him, not at all. He gets lynched, and it turns out that he ain't the killer, that just means we lose out on a lynch vote that can help snuff out the real murderer. Lynching him due to lack of reply just feels... too convenient. Worst case scenario, he doesn't reply and we either lynch him for inactivity, or we skip or not end up lynching him due to varying opinions. On the latter, we just end up with the same conversation on the next day on him, or the culprit kills him to taunt us. So, I'll go forward now and put up an ultimatum. Spider2024 - make your statement clear. I'm not convinced with regards to your innocence or guilt, but at the very least your statement will sway my vote in one way or the other.

The rumors of my guilt have been nothing but true lies. I'm not mafia.
