yeah as Cjb said, youβd be surprised what actually injures people. thereβs so many stories of pitchers throwing 100 mph, batters tearing the shit off a baseball who never get injured yet some dude plays some guitar hero and his career is never the same. Yankees third baseman Aaron Boone tore his ACL during a pickup basketball game. It's likely the reason they traded for Alex Rodriguez. Hell, relief pitching god Mariano Rivera tore his ACL shagging flyballs in the outfield. It's something he's done without incident through his entire career and it was just one bad step. And he was done.
baseball has so many of these, one of my favorites was jose quintana f***ing his shit up for a whole month because he did the dishes lmao

Andrew Bynum never played a game for the Sixers because he hurt himself... Bowling. to think people thought he could ever be on a shaq level in LA

Any reports on Yuka's injury?
It Sucks, she was injured for much of last year then presumably had visa issues.

Yeah, it was quite obvious when she got hurt. Gutted really due to her recent injury problems. Hope she recovers as soon as possible

Gonna need to keep an eye on Hobbs, he got hurt in the Moxley match tonight and looked like he couldn't put much weight on his leg.

Honest to God I thought the last post was going to be about Tony Khan breaking his stomach bone.

Really hope Hobbs' injury isn't serious. Same with Yuka.

I watched some clips from the show last night on YouTube without reading results and audibly gasped seeing Hobbs' knee go out on his corner splash. I hope it's not too serious.

Dax suffered a concussion during the ladder match. Think my only surprise there is that he was the only one. Matt took a couple of terrifying looking bumps and Cash seemed fairly set on trying to kill himself.

MJF looks to be needing surgery after all, so good odds he misses all of 2024

MJF looks to be needing surgery after all, so good odds he misses all of 2024 they have enough main eventers to make up for this but what I'm really wondering is what they do with UK now. I've always thought they were mostly there to be built up and torn down by him when he gets back. maybe that idea of them being associated with the elite but not directly in the group might not be a bad idea, if not entirely shelving the idea itself.

I think he needs to come back eventually even if it's in a non wrestler role and he can proxy some people to fight for him since they're a group anyway.
