It's a fine rule of cool moment... there's a ton of them throughout the series that don't get half as much shit as the one shot of all the women lined up. Do all of them know each other no... and does it entirely make sense for them to pose like that... not really ... but it is a relatively big deal that they have that many important female characters on screen at one time. If they weren't all women it would have just passed like any of the other this doesn't make a ton of sense but let's roll with it that most of the MCU is based on. It just felt so contrived to me. Like, all the kick ass women just happened to have the feeling to be in that one area, at the same time, with the same goal in mind. And no men besides Parker show up either. Just felt weird. And honestly, first time seeing it I was all "f*** yeah! All the kick ass women!" Then the more I thought about it the less sense it made. Like i said it's a rule of cool moment. Does it make sense? Not entirely... but it's a badass looking shot and that's why it was used. It is hardly the first time something like that happened in the MCU hell it's not even the only time RoC shots are in End Game.

The Mandarin reveal in Iron Man 3. It's rare that a single scene can immediately make me go "**** this movie." Easily my least favorite MCU entry alongside Age of Ultron (overlong and ultimately pointless) and Civil War (literally put me to sleep in the theater).

I really don’t like the scene in Ragnorak where Thor is reunited with Hulk in the arena. The “I know him!” line was funny at first but the more time has passed the more cringe it’s become.

Big problem with the girl power scene was it was right when Brie Larson was at the peak of her media tear and when it happened it was like “yup; there it is”

How Nick Fury lost his eye in Captain Marvel. Personally I felt it should have remained a mystery and certain shouldn't have been played up as a lame joke.

I mean, the women assemble scene is kinda dumb and doesn't really make sense and is only there to pop the crowd, but that's, like, 80% of the content in Endgame. It's less a cohesive plot and more three hours of, "Look at this cool shit!"

But then, no one one seemed to have a problem with decades of female comic book characters getting kidnapped or controlled by powerful males or having to take orders from some smart dude. It took how many decades before writers commented on how messed up Professor X loving Jean Grey was? How many times did Reed have to tell Sue how to use her powers until someone wrote her as smart enough to figure it out herself?

ARGLE BARGLE!! CAPTAIN MARVEL!! WAAH BRIE LARSON!!! WOKE BULLSHIT WAAAAH!!! Tell us how you really feel. I mean I'm sure there's people who don't like Captain Marvel for completely legit reasons, but a lot of it is just misogyny and bad faith nitpicks in the service of misogyny so he's not really wrong at all.

Like I said, it's a close race between {Spoiler} Mandarin vs. Pietro/Ralph/ You picked two of my least favorite MCU films in IM3 and AoU. But Civil War I liked and that should have been the second Avengers movie. Maybe the Ultron stuff could have been done in Iron Man? I remember little about the Thor trilogy too. And Ragnarok was actually the one I liked! Iron Man 2 was painfully average, "My Bord" meme aside.

Tony's meeting with Peter Parker in Civil War made the whole addition of Spidey kind of anti-climatic. Now if they had shown Spider-Man doing all that stuff BEFORE the meeting, it might have had more impact (sure, even non-fans know Parker is Spidey, but still, haivng him be a mysterious vigilante running around NYC still would have been an interesting plot point).

Still kind of hilarious/sad how angry some people got over its success. “Captain Marvel will be the MCU’s first box office bomb, guaranteed!” It made over a billion dollars. “Yeah? Well... it didn’t deserve to!”

People actually bought tickets for Madea's Family Funeral but they switched the ticket stubs to make it look like Captain Marvel was more popular than it actually was.
