She can do whatever she wants but posts like these from any wrestler annoy me: Yeah, that was my final straw to finally unfollow her. Just can't stand people who continue that line of thinking, especially as someone who has thought about becoming a journalist who covers wrestling.

Are there any wrestlers who don't lump wrestling journalists with each other? Feels exhausting to see most of them acting this way.

Yep, as I figured. Zelina gets the W here. The company apologized to her, gave her a bigger push and character than she's had prior, she's all good. Sometimes that's all you need. Not everybody is gonna be like "man f*** WWE f*** them I'm working for AEW I hate WWE" and not every wrestler in or out of the WWE thinks the way fans do. She seems happier. Seriously. I think we message board fans take their careers more seriously than a lot of them in the back! Haha 1000000000000000000000% percent true. Most fans be thinking that the pain they feel to watch is the same pain the wrestlers feel when it's not that case. They treat this like a regular job and I don't know about yall but if you tell me that you'd quit any job you've had immediately if you've faced any sort of speed bump, I'm not believing it. There's good days and there's bad days. Yeah a bigger push alright, instead of losing in one minute, she lost in two minutes. Most wrestlers don't be caring about stuff like that. Imagine a wrestler going backstage and saying "Vince how could you do this to me? You made me lose in 1 minute-" lol. Vince is gonna be like "girl, this shit is scripted and I can instantly make you a winner in 1 night what are you saying?" and everyone will laugh at her. Fans really treat this company's wins and losses like it's an actual sport when we've seen they can change anything on the fly. I'll never understand it because for as much times in the past they've said "anything can happen" you'd think people would realize that it's true. This isn't the NBA.

As far as I can tell, I know Adam Cole and SRS have solid interactions over social media. There's a few don't but they do feel few and far between.

I think what annoys people the most who are celebrities or people in the spotlight is that "strangers" feel the need to tell you why they think is best for you and you better follow that direction Just cause you see me on TV doesn't mean you know me

Like to these wrestlers to them it's like "yeah, might seem rough for me on tv, I might make a few comments here and there but what you don't see is this big ass house, this dope car, these side businesses and hundreds of thousands in the bank I got at home." Money ain't everything but what money can do is provide you what you need to live life as happy as can be. Moxley is a difference case where money doesn't matter to him, he's more about the artform. But everybody isn't like that. Most wrestlers aren't focused on the artform over everything including money and stability aspect and honestly, look at current jobs in today's society. Everyone with a job, is it truly about the job and artform over the money for you? If so then say that, if not then hey. It's the "Kendrick Lamar vs Drake debate" pretty much.

Don't really get why she didn't sign with AEW especially since apparently they were apparently really interested in her. Slightly off topic but just a point I like to make, just cause its not reported or done online, doesn't mean it didn't happen. What I mean is, maybe she had talks with AEW, Impact, or whoever and didn't like what they had to offer, money or storyline wise or whatever. People tend to believe if its not online it didn't happen. An example, I remember reading about a band where a member left to do solo stuff. Anyway one of the members of the bands birthday came and he got the regular happy bday stuff from people on Twitter and what not. But fans of the band started giving the guy who left the band a hard time cause he didn't wish him happy bday or anything on social media. Guy explained that he has the bday's guy personal info (phone number) and called him personally, he just didn't do it online cause didn't feel the need to. So just cause someone doesn't do it online or make a social media post bout it doesn't mean it didn't happen. Nothing against your post just something that popped in my head.

So Black was released on June 2nd, right? So, according to that report she might have re-signed back in May—before they fired him. Oof. That could have been awkward.

Bu that's Chugs, outside of stealing Monty Mole from him, can you really piss him off?

I think the weirdest thing is some people treating this like a “typical” fired talent situation when…it clearly isn’t?
And I get that we don’t know the full story but…we’re pretty much not going to get the full story now. Like, it’s just not going to happen. Unless WWE is going to let Zelina be honest about stuff which why would they?
“We treat these people’s careers more seriously than they do” has a lot of worse connotations in this particular situation than in any other firing in recent times.
EDIT: And for my own well being, this is the last time I’ll post in this topic.

"Shut up mark, the house always wins" is definitely a conversational position to take.

She can do whatever she wants but posts like these from any wrestler annoy me: "No, Dig UP stupid!" Like seriously have fun. I think this threads getting ridiculous with its sides and takes and I've said my stance on it. But this kinda shit is exactly why wrestlers lose people, especially when it's after the horrid optics of Zelina going back to them. Just pouring gasoline on a fire instead of ignoring it and doing your thing. You're setting yourself up for some shit karma especially considering how bad her second run has already started losing in two minutes to Liv.

She can do whatever she wants but posts like these from any wrestler annoy me: I know I've posted it before but it feels like they've been training the current group of wrestlers to really go in on dirt sheets, I know they've probably never been a popular thing in locker rooms but there's so much open disdain for them now from wrestlers on Twitter and such.

Does she see the irony in posting under her real name on Twitter while complaining about dirt sheets?
It's as if "Zelina Vega" is just a character she plays in a scripted form of entertainment or something.

What’s the big deal if she wants to rip on dirt sheets if they’re reporting false information about her? Why is that making fans mad? She’s not ripping fans. Is it because fans read the dirtsheets?

Didn't the Dirtsheets report that she had been at the Performance Centre and subsequently re-signed?
Where's the lie...

Clowning Dirtsheets and non-specific at that makes her look unprofessional as hell. We all know there are shitty Dirtsheets out there but when she just phrases this as "Dirt Sheet Writers" it feels like she is taking shots at all of them including the respected ones who try and get stories and reports as correct as they can and sometimes shit just isn't correct. Acting like all Dirt Sheets or Wrestling Critics just want to post lies about her makes her seem a bit self absorbed and considering this is the first thing she posts when she's already catching some heat about deleting the Union post and going back to WWE at all this isn't helping her one bit. If we're not going to know the full story about her leave and then coming back, what's best for her to do is to just be her and prove people wrong. Punching down the second she's on TV again after all the news surrounding her is not great to me. And to clarify again I dont want Dirtsheets falsely reporting info on her... but stuff like this is just eye rolling from wrestlers. Not just Zelina. Not just in WWE.
