yeah the difference in weed pens in 2011 and now is like the difference between how they used to treat headaches as posession that could only be cured by cocaine and then the discovery of penicilin, what a weird bust

Liv being a stoner/pothead makes her even more awesome in my eyes.
Marijuana should be legal everywhere and the fact it is not in Florida is a joke.
She may be taking some to deal with her injury for all we know...

Depends on what it actually is, if it was spice like Evan Bourne then she needs to get shit together. If it was just some vape juice or something then no one cares except the state of Florida.

I would argue that it's less about the weed possession and more like she was likely driving while impaired if the police report is to be believed. Anyways, she pretty much has everything going for her to get off with basically a slap on the wrist (more like a lovetap at worst), so it barely matters anyways. If the reports were true that she was driving while impaired, then uh she absolutely deserves to get scorn thrown at her. The bodycam footage will likely end up on YouTube or picked up by TMZ within a few days anyways. Getting bodycam footage from Sumnter County is pretty easy. |

I love weed as much as the next person but a lot of people don't treat driving under the influence of it as seriously as alcohol and realistically it might not be but it's still a risk that I don't think people should be taking. Especially if you're rich and can easily afford an Uber.

Per PWInsider, Liv got busted yesterday She was arrested for possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) and posession of drugs, possibly synthetic cannabinoid. She has already bonded out.  a bit off time from the net and Liv is INSTANTLY arrested for being crazy for weed - I still love her! <3 |

Perhaps Liv is just not the greatest driver in general.

There's more to the story than just a possession charge. Florida is one of those states where it is extremely easy to qualify for medical marijuana. Anxiety Anorexia Chronic Back Pain Diabetes Hepatitis C Irritable Bowel Disease Lyme Disease Lupus Macular Edema Migraine / Cluster Headaches Muscle Spasms Muscular Dystophy Severe & Chronic Pain Severe Nausea Sickle Cell Anemia And other debilitating conditions. And being an athlete who is constantly dealing with injuries would make it even easier to have a valid reason for qualifying. The point is, yeah we can all agree that it sucks that recreational marijuana isn't legalized across the board, but if you are a public figure who likes to smoke weed, due your diligence and pony up the $400 to get a medical card so you won't run into any possession issues. |
