Hopefully they find something better for her to do in 2023. It really doesn’t feel like they know what to do with her these days.
And with Omni-Flair back that is not encouraging either.

🤣 Thanks for the kind tribute. But to be honest, I was never leaving for good, ' just forgot to notify folks that I needed time off social media to start up all of the IRL projects of mine 100% ...
I'm all set for the future now - Liv Morgan Support Group Station is back running! Wish there was already worthwhile things to talk about other than that amazing sunset flip powerbomb to the floor two or three weeks ago. 🤗

We've been mourning the death of Psycho Liv. Being off the shows and losing to Raquel in her Round 1 of that gauntlet match was definitely a punch to the gut. She's a former champion now, booking team better treat her like one. She's still getting bruised up by the daredevil stuff at house shows, the fans love it - (though) I'd save that stuff for television... There must be a reward coming soon for working so hard for so little... 🤔 I'm actually not too worried about Liv as of this moment, regardless. The news of 'em cancelling Becky vs. Ronda activated the believer in me that they'll strap the rocket on her during the WrestleMania season. Before that, I was not expecting much. 😊 |

That Raquel loss was an odd booking decision. Even after losing the title she was still at least being protected. I think they probably thought it would make Liv look worse by losing one of the heels with really low cred like Sonya or Xia but they at least could've given her a win before losing to Raquel.
I really don't see how she fits into the Wrestlemania picture. Of course the usual suspects (Bianca, Ronda, Bianca, Becky) are likely going to be in the title matches and going by how they had her lose to Raquel she's clearly not someone in their big plans right now. Best scenario it looks like is they keep teaming her with Tegan and she's in the multi woman tag title match again.

It’s weird. Morgan had the second-most TV matches of any person in the company in 2022, the most of any woman. She had both the equal most TV wins and equal highest TV winning streak of any woman. She was undefeated as champion until the match she lost the belt.
Yet as we start the new year, we talk about her as though she’s the same glorified enhancement talent she used to be. Like none of it counts. Did she have to have the same kind of overwhelmingly nauseating push that we’re always saying that Belair has, that Flair has, that Reigns has, the kind of push that makes you hate the sight of them for ANY OF IT TO SINK IN? We always say we don’t want dominant invulnerable champions, yet we do because any time someone shows vulnerability, we’re ready to give up on them.

Other then her bizarre booking in the gauntlet match I think Liv has been used alright lately. It does feel like she's a much bigger star then she was say a year ago so I think she did gain something from her title run. I just wish she would've become a "top girl" out of it as they need some new blood there and that really hasn't happened. Instead it seems like she's cemented more at like Naomi/Carmella tier. Former champ who gets that as a talking point on commentary but a good bit below the 4HW/Bianca/Ronda tier. Nothing wrong with being a popular upper midcard face as that's a big need of there's as well. I just wish her title run would've led to her being a perennial main eventer. Instead it feels more like she had her run and is now just going to coast on that the rest of her career while the usual suspects continue to have the top spots on lock and eventually some newer women pass her as well. |

I feel like how they booked the Ronda feud shows they don’t see her as a “top woman.”
Liv feels like she’s going the way of Kofi and Big E after their main event runs ended. Namely right back to where they were before.
It’s an annoying habit that WWE have had for years in general.
