Guy looks like a beast, but if WWE couldnt make a hoss work, that is likely the only time I think maybe he just doesnt have it. That's the one type of guy WWE almost always does get right in terms of what they see in a guy. We'll have to wait and see him elsewhere i this case. I could see Boudreaux going to Impact. I can see AEW grabbing him, He's got a good look when it's not skinhead

Bivens left. They didn't fire him. He was clearly unhappy. Not sure why, given he was on TV and in a good position every week, but guess he was. Given his group went from being dope to losing all the time and being lame I can see why he was unhappy. It's no different than Dean Ambrose. Ambrose was always on tv and he was always seen as being better than most but that wasn't enough to keep him. Not to mention he was kept off of TV for 2 years before he was finally used when he wanted out. They clearly have zero use for the guy and he saw it clear as day.

At this point it doesn’t matter whether we like it or not what’s done is done. The talents will move on to bigger and better things. If I were them though I wouldn’t go near AEW unless it’s to work for ROH. You’ll get featured for a little bit and then be vanished to Dark. (In most cases.) I’d go to impact or NWA where you’ll get the best shot to be featured.

The way they packaged Parker never made sense to me? He was COMPLETELY miscast given what his background was.

So was it WWE who made him look like a crazy skinhead? Seems he didn't like that look. AEW seems to be on a kick of training hosses lately if Satnam is an indication Get Parker in the Nightmare Factory and let QT give him reps, see what happens I say

At this point it doesn’t matter whether we like it or not what’s done is done. It just happened, man. At least wait a week before trying to act like it was a accident that needed sorting. And also, you say that like Impact and the NWA don’t already have full rosters of people right now.

So Parker gets married than fired Sadly, I wonder if this ended up playing in the decision to let him go. As in, NXT ran a couple weeks of Joe Gacy in a very prominent position without Harland, and management decided that Gacy was just fine without him.

Harland and Gacy were such a fun visual together I'm bummed that team act never gets to grow into what I imagined it could become Hopefully Parker lands somewhere else good soon (as with the rest of the releases ofc)

Exactly, and it seemed like Bivens role wasn’t really anything outside of “spokesperson” which, if you’ve seen anything of the guy, isn’t even tapping into 1% of his ability as a manager. Frankly, he should be managing Omos right now and not MVP. Somehow poor Smart Mark is probably going to screw up something with Wardlow and then Bivens comes in lol

I honestly expected Fabian Aichner to have been on the list, given how Imperium came crashing down. Good on him for not answering his phone.
Dexter getting booted means the only reason left for me to watch NXT now is Cameron Grimes.

I was going on air for my podcast when these releases started flying in.
I'm more shocked with these releases than I were with the "over 35" releases last fall. Mainly because these were big NXT 2.0 names.
Malcolm Bivens was the mouthpiece for the Diamond Mine... what now? How does this effect Roderick Strong? The Creed Brothers? Ivy Nile? Dakota Kai's partner just got called up without her, she and I saw this coming Dexter Lumis. Did they just not have room for him on the main roster? Harland. The next Brock Lesnar relased? WHAT? Is he gonna stay in the biz or move onto something else?
Just a lot to take in. All 4 were part of the NXT 2.0 regime and regulars on TV, so shocked they're beginning to cut those.

Strong is basically done at this point I would assume. He will not be going up to anything unfortunately. Dexter is my biggest shock as he is very good at this gimmick and he has been featured pretty prominently since the switch.

I'm starting to wonder if Strong temporarily becomes the mouthpiece for the Diamond Mine, before he's gone from WWE and joins his three friends at the undisputed #1 wrestling company in the world.

Bivens will go to AEW I think, with Lambert, Sterling, Jake, Callis ect its clear Khan likes managers.
Kai and Lumis will go to impact.
The others: indies, some will get work on Dark tapings.

If you earnestly want to keep your job in WWE, just say that you want to be released & freed, and Vince/Bruce/Johnny Ace will do the absolute opposite of what you want to really let it be known who's REALLY in power & in charge. Ego must be preserved & protected no matter what, because that's the most important thing you see!
