With having fans there again, maybe Strong can also have fans in attendance as well now I hope they still keep the studio feel, either way.

Hey Just wanted some input. I haven’t watched NJPW in well over a year at this stage. The product was seeming stale at the time so I figured I’d give it a break. Seeing that Shingo took the Championship, I got excited and thought AJ would get back into it watching the latest show and I was surprised to see that the wrestlers and the matches were more lacklustre than when I left. No one looked like they were having fun. Serious question, Could this have just been an off show, or has quality really dropped off? I used to love NJPW and am hoping this was just a one off.

The shows have been good imo, they are def in a better position then they were last year You're probably better off waiting until either the G1 or the show they do in the states to get back into it but right now imo the product is as fresh as it could be Right now all the champions are the best ones you can ask for, sans Jon Moxley and CHAOS as the NEVER champs (I'm not counting KOPW)

I’ve been happy with the new talent being pushed into the title scenes, especially Shingo and Taichi’s elevations (and Ospreay as well, he can be a dummy but I still love his work). But I agree with a point the Rantin’ Review made recently, the COVID restrictions on the crowd volume and attendance does take away from a lot of the pomp and hype the new stars need.
I’ll compare it to how insane that recent Dynamite with the Stampede match was, that’s what NJPW needs at the moment: noise.

I could maybe see EVIL and co. win, but it also could be a filler defense that Yujiro screws up.

I do wonder why Kevin Knight and DKC are in the tag tournament given that they've never won before

Henare is heavily implying that he’ll be making an appearance on STRONG soon.
Probably at the LA show.

Barring career ending injuries, Uemura and Tsuji look to be something special years from now

Despite being 5 time champs, R3K have only retained the belts 4 times

Given the Dads have been on Strong, Tencozy would've been a fit for the tag tournament

Good news, the Observer is reporting that NJOA is planning on having fans in attendance for Strong tapings soon.
That'll make the show more lively as a live crowd brings out more in the roster

Maybe The Dads will win them An interesting idea would be to have Uemura, Tsuji, and Kidd win them. My guess is that they’re waiting for Cobb, Henare, and O-Khan to be available again as a team.
