I'm shook up after that.
The sight of the Danish players trying to block what was happening but still being able to see medics giving chest compressions under their legs is one of the worst things I have ever watched.
TV execs should be disgusted with themselves continuing to show that.
Please God he will be ok, this is awful.

I just tuned in, ESPN thankfully cut away to the booth. BBC were, of course, much less classy.

I'm trying to find full confirmation but it seems Eriksen is leaving the stadium in stable condition and heading to the hospital.

Apparently the games going to restart at 8:30. Which I think is a ridiculous decision. The players aren't going to be in the right headspace.

thankfully he is still with us
and i think what will happen is that they'll keep the game suspended, and then they'll come back tomorrow or at the most the next day to give them time to recover from this shock, and play the second half before the england game ... or if they do wait until monday the scotland game
they will do his substitution when that happens and there will be one hell of a applause with that

I'd hope there was no pressure put on the players and that match was going to be canceled only for the players to insist it was going ahead. If so then fair enough.

Reports coming out that when Ericksen spoke to his teammates on the phone from the hospital he asked them to continue to play

Fair enough if the players wanted it, but man any result now other than Denmark winning and I'll feel even more horrible for them.
