Mr. Perfect would be one. I'm sure he wouldn't filter himself and would be a lot like he was trash talking Brock in TNA. I'd also be interested in his thoughts on guys like Bret who I think he was close to or Warrior who I'd imagine he didn't like given the poop rib under the ring in WCW. Those two had a very brief house show run and the Survivor Series PPV in 1990 but other than that their paths crossed rarely despite being in the same promotions. Here's a interview of him from Pro Wrestling Radio on November 22, 2000. It's only about 20 minutes so it's not one of those long shoot interviews where the guy's whole career is discussed but I guess it's the closest we'll ever get. He puts Brock over a future star. Says he thought he had his best matches with Bret. Definitely seems like there a lot of mutual respect between the two since Bret has always put Curt over as one of his favorite opponents. Warrior I remember putting Hennig over in his shoot for being very talented so at least he didn't have hard feelings towards him as Warrior obviously was very outspoken and opinionated type guy. I get the feeling Perfect didn't care for him much as there's several stories I've heard of him and Boss Man pulling ribs on him quite a bit. There was one funny one I remember that Jim Duggan told where one time during a battle royal Perfect brought a lock with him and while Duggan and Boss Man held Warrior on the ropes, Perfect snuck and locked Warrior's one of Warrior's arm tassles to the ropes and he couldn't get out. Then there's a much meaner one that Jim Brunzell said they pulled on him where Perfect spiked his drink with some sort of drug that got him really sick. Warrior was constantly throwing up while Perfect and Boss Man just laughed at him. Warrior didn't even know and apologized to them the next day as he wasn't much of a drinker and thought he just drank too much. Warrior definitely seemed like a jerk in real life and I can understand why people would want to knock him down a few pegs but stuff like that is going too far and kind of makes me feel sorry for him a little.

By far my #1 was/is Crush. Dude was an active part of the industry through so many eras in so many very different positions and worked with so many high profile talents. Mine too for the same reasons. Dude had a super interesting career. It's usually the midcard journeymen type guys who make the best interviews. Other then Bret and maybe to a lesser extent Nash most of the top guy shoot interviews kind of suck as they've done so much that a lot of stuff gets glossed over and there's really not many interesting stories since there's already a lot out there about them already. Boss Man and Nailz would be the next two. At least with Nailz I guess there's still a chance it might happen although very unlikely since he's been a ghost for years with no interviews or appearances. I remember a recent photo of him surfaced a few years ago from I think a relative's Facebook page so he's still alive. I guess if he outlives Vince then maybe he'll be willing to finally do an interview.

The idea of Vince in a poorly hit hotel room going off on Bret makes me happy so him.

I would love to hear all of the famous stories from Vince McMahon’s unfiltered perspective. Vince: So, I went to the strip club with Road Warriors and Godfather and sniffed a line off her breast

Here's a interview of him from Pro Wrestling Radio on November 22, 2000. Thanks for posting. I never thought Bossman to be a mean ribber, he seemed better than that. There's no excuse for that but so many guys must have really felt like Warrior was impossible to deal with. I did watch 10 minutes of a Warrior shoot from early 2000s that a friend sent me and I turned it off after those 10 minutes. He was so negative in those short amount of time I couldn't bare to watch anymore.

Great find and something I will listen to later. The Warrior drugging story is something I've heard before but that's where the ribbing and Hennig/Bossman stop being funny - no matter how much you don't like someone, can you guarantee a drug like that won't trigger an unknown medical reaction that could've killed Warrior?

He was so negative in those short amount of time I couldn't bare to watch anymore. It kind of goes under the radar for whatever reason when it comes to Boss Man being a prankster as it seems like Perfect, Owen, Bulldogs, and Fuji are the ones that always get brought up. Seems like he was basically the Davey Boy to Perfect's Dynamite in that he was kind of more the follower of the duo. He was definitely a mean ribber too which was disappointing to find out as he was always favorite of mine and it seemed like everyone really like him as a person. Unfortunately I think it's just a case of most of the wrestlers not being the greatest people. There was another one mean rib I recently found about where he went too far that I just found out listening to Marty Jannetty (yeah I know) who does a weekly interview on this channel www.youtube.com/user/bostonwrestlingcom where they chronicle every year he was in the company but have been stuck in 1989 for like two years because Marty is always so "out of it" and such a mess that he always gets sidetracked and rambles that they run out of time. He does have a lot of good stories though. On one of the more recent ones he told one where Earthquake brought his wife on the road with him on a house show loop. Boss Man and Kerry Von Erich pulled a rib where they sent a hooker to his room while his wife was still in the room. Obviously Quake was not happy about this and also had a rep for being one the shoot toughest guys in the locker room. Next day at the arena Quake caught up to Boss Man and basically manhandled him, grabbing him by his shirt and pressing him up against the wall which shows how crazy strong Quake was since Boss Man had to be shoot over 300 even during his weight loss. Quake pretty much had him at his mercy and was about to punch his face in until Marty (whom Quake liked) got him to stop. According to Marty (again I guess you probably have to take what he says with a grain of salt but I don't really know why he would he lie about it) it then ended with funny verbal exchange between the two. Quake: "You better thank Marty" Boss Man: "Hey I'm not a f*****g p***y you know" Quake: "Just shut your mouth and you've made the right decision" Boss Man: .............

The Rock. He has zero need to do one because he is beyond rich and has no need to burn any bridges, but I imagine if anyone has so few f***s to give that they would let it fly, it's The Rock. Being the kind of guy he is, The Rock would probably have the most polite shoot ever.

This thread reminded me that I recently discovered a 20-minute Bruiser Brody shoot interview from 1987. It's absolutely surreal to hear him just talking in his normal voice and shooting the shit about the business, especially during a time when that was still very taboo.

Macho Man, Undertaker, Vince Sr., Bruno, Andre, Sting, Pillman You're in luck on a few of these. Macho Man has a couple shoot-like radio interviews from 1994, 2000, 2001, and 2005 floating around. Bruno did a handful with ROH among other companies in the mid 2000s. They are quite good. Sting did a handful of interviews with religious organizations that border into shoot interviews.

To my knowledge, Miss Elizabeth never gave any kind of interview outside of the TV appearances she made representing WWF or WCW (and it's not like she got to say much of anything during those). She's a woman that we've heard many people speak for over the years, it would've been interesting to hear her take on the business.
Gorilla Monsoon would've made for an interesting interview too I'd imagine, especially in his later years. He saw many changes in the business throughout his time, and he had his share of tragedy to go with his successes. I'm sure we'd be guaranteed some awesome Bobby Heenan stories too!

The list of guys/girls who have never done any kind of shoot is fairly short, though I don’t recall the Berzerker saying much. He supposedly watched the door during the Nailz incident, so I’d like to get his perspective on that. He also stuck around for the Royal Rumble a little bit later, so I’d like to know what those last few months were like for him.

John Nord definitely talks about the Nailz incident in the one where he tells the story about Dusty Rhodes and "the muffler".

Also did this one for World Wrestling Insanity form 2010: Seems like a pretty cool guy. Love his super thick midwest accent. Sounds exactly like one of my uncles.
