HHH has wrestled across 5/6 different eras and of course knows where the bodies are buried but even if the ugliest of divorces sent him out of the business (won't happen and a good thing, who wants to see that) then he must have signed so many NDAs over the years that his lips are locked tighter than a Scotsmans fist around a pound note.

Here's another one, I did a thread on him recently, The Grand Wizard of Wrestling. Would like to see his perspective on the business of his time and how it changed to what we know of today.

Macho Man, Undertaker, Vince Sr., Bruno, Andre, Sting, Pillman You're in luck on a few of these. Macho Man has a couple shoot-like radio interviews from 1994, 2000, 2001, and 2005 floating around. Bruno did a handful with ROH among other companies in the mid 2000s. They are quite good. Sting did a handful of interviews with religious organizations that border into shoot interviews. I can vouch for the Bruno ones being well-done. Even if he's pulling our leg, Bruno believes what he says and is a gentleman in doing so.

Gorilla Monsoon would’ve made for an incredible shoot interview.

Madison Rayne is one that I'd be really keen for. I'd love to know the story behind the heat with Kong, what happened with ROH rejecting her creative ideas including reforming TBP and how she felt about them proceeding to do it with Angelina and Mandy instead, and how that factored into her fallout with Angelina and Velvet.
That's just the most juicy stuff, it would also be interesting to hear about some of the scandalous ways the women were treated in the earlier days of the KO division, like the Slammiversary match with Roxxi where Nikki was essentially fired on the spot (and busted open hardway by a mic shot), and more details on the things she was involved in writing/producing in the last couple of years of her career like the Laurel/Braxton wedding and some of the Undead Realm stuff.

Here's one that nobody mentioned that I thought would be quite interesting - Mass Transit. I'd like to hear his series of events and how he conned his way into that infamous match with New Jack.

Antonio Inoki for a full shoot I'd love for his brain to be picked
Freddie Blassie would be great he journeyed everywhere and encountered a lot of the greats.
Ernie Ladd would be a really good one too. I'd also love to see Alabama Doink give a shoot about his matches with Heidenreich. According to Fuego Del Sol they were like Flair vs Steamboat on the Southern shindys where they'd main event anytime they were on and had matches with different gimmicks each time.

I imagine that for some of these people are throwing out, it'd likely require the people involved to be more forthcoming than I expect they actually would be in practice, but candid interviews from a lot of these people would be rather interesting.
I'd love to see Inoki and Giant Baba both giving their own version of events with the aftermath of Rikidozan's death, and their own interpretations of what Japanese wrestling would be, given both men took it past its roots of basically just being an import to the country. I'm also curious if the two had acrimony after a point, or if their feelings on each other were a respectful rivalry.
I'd be curious to hear Gedo's thoughts and feelings on a lot of things. I imagine he'd have some colorful stories.
A brutally honest Triple H or Vince interview would both be interesting, though I do think people might be disappointed since I think, even in their own minds, they've likely rationalized many of their more indefensible decisions, particularly Vince. I'd actually love to know if Triple H ever felt trapped, given marrying into Vince's family, if any part of him would have liked to try his hand elsewhere if that was ever realistically an option. I'd love to know if that wanderlust ever came over him, or if he's been fully satisfied in his own fiefdom.
I'd love to see some joshi veterans like Emi Sakura, among others, tell tales, especially if they didn't care about fallout from it. The Japanese women's wrestling industry is full of tons of political turmoil, with so many instances of falling outs and feuds leading to dozens of companies, some short lives, some not. I'd be curious to know what forced Emi out of Ice Ribbon, for instance, why she walked away.

If it was guaranteed to be 100% truthful with no spin or BS (I know, I know) then Vince McMahon would definitely be number 1 on a list of shoots. You'd need to do a whole series, I bet the stories are mental.

As a former CHIKARA fan, I would LOVE to hear Tim Donst really open up about what went on there. He's been super-professional about it, but he went from being groomed for a main event spot to leaving on bad, bad terms.

Most items that get told are spoken in very professional terms, and not giving the full details.

It'll surely happen but I look forward to the career retrospective book/interview that Matt Hardy does after retirement.
Only guy who has done multi year runs in WWE, ROH, TNA and AEW I think.

Gorilla Monsoon would’ve made for an incredible shoot interview. Oh man, a Monsoon/Heenan shoot interview about 85-93 would have been amazing especially if they had fallen into the Prime Time shtick at least once. Heenan: You know these video companies aren't going to pay you in bananas right? Monsoon: Will you be serious?!

That's happened with a lot of CHIKARA guys because they were afraid pissing off Quack would blackmail them. I know DeSean Pratt (the former Amasis) has said that he wish he had listened to what vets outside of CHIKARA told him and Ophidian and didn't go 100 percent on Quack's opinion. Said he felt they would have gone a lot further.

Heenan: You know these video companies aren't going to pay you in bananas right? Monsoon: Will you be serious?! Heenan was entertaining in the early 2000’s era of shoot interviews. Although with that era a lot of the early shoot interviewers like RF were/are terrible. Not just because of scandalous reasons, but just as interviewers some like RF sucked. One shoot has a part where Heenan perks up though when talking about Gorilla Monsoon. I don’t think Monsoon ever did a shoot but RF apparently met him either to talk about possibly doing a shoot or for some other reason. Anyway RF offhandedly mentions Gorilla’s wife liking Asian antiques or something. Heenan perks up because you can tell this was a thing only people that really knew Monsoon would know about. So Heenan jokes that Gorilla used to always say that his wife should’ve married Fuji. Of course this is an RF shoot so rather than following up on that with anything relevant RF reverts back to his regular laundry list of questions IE “Any memories of the Bulldogs’ ribbing? Any memories of Macho being protective of Elizabeth?,” etc.
