“Get rid of Hannah because she will keep your showmance in the game!” That’s not quite as convincing a pitch as you think, Whitney. Whitney thinking she's out because of the fear of female empowerment is....something It’s more that Christian is fearful of a mass women’s alliance which does not actually exist. They’ve already chucked out muscle mass like Travis and Brent so he’s starting to sweat.

Derek X is the new HOH!
I think we're looking at Christian/Alyssa noms here, but not totally certain.

Also, I thought at least a few women wanted to do a girls alliance earlier in the game. Did that already fizzle out?

There was one, yeah, but I think it’s fizzled out in what’s seemingly a BB tradition. It really is. All Women's alliances are formed and fall apart in the span of like, 5 days. It's a tradition along with Person who plays way too hard and gets voted out week 2 or 3, Showmance formed 3 days in, and person who gets themselves in a main alliance and about 4 other ones who panics the first time it might be an issue

Derek X nominated Britini and Sarah Beth, but the ultimate plan is to backdoor Christian.
RIP Royal Flush.

Britini won the POV and took herself off the block. Derek X nominated Christian to complete his backdoor plan.
Christian/Alyssa aren't happy right now, as expected.

Let be preface this that I have not watched this season religiously or follow the feeds, but I follow enough to know who all the players and alliances are. This is going to be very controversial, but I would like to talk about it. Are the non-cookout players totally playing the game with blinders?, because it is beyond obvious as to what is going on. I know with controversies of recent seasons and the new casting guidelines make this uncomfortable, and hell I applaud the rules and cultural loyalty. It is refreshing, BUT like I said it's a little too hard if I'm not in the cookout to not sense a pattern. Do you think due to today's climate and controversies of recent seasons, the non-cookout houseguests are just ignoring the reality to avoid public backlash outside the house? Is that the right way to play it? It's a tough balancing act, because I would want to play to win, but not get portrayed as a villain. Or is the cookout just that good and the other contestants are just going for everything they say? My brother watches more in depth than I do, and he said one great thing that the cookout has done is pretty much assign a member to someone else as an unofficial partner to add some discretion. That's great. But when all of the white males in a more culturally balanced cast go pre jury (not complaining about it) isn't that too much of a pattern for the non cookout players to not notice and maybe team up? Again not complaining but I think the cookout should have been at least have been picked up by someone by now. And if it has, how do you handle it without opening a huge can of worms?

Simple, just try to avoid saying the word "black" when referring to the 4 people with a secret alliance (who also all happen to be black.) I'd like to take a moment to commend this season (and I hope I'm not jinxing it right now ) for avoiding social controversies that recent past seasons were plagued by. First 2 weeks of every season, it seems like BB fans are just waiting nervously for that shoe to drop. Luckily this season there hasn't been anything major. And I don't think there will be major backlash for any person wanting to end the cookout. Just try to make it as not about color as possible whilst speaking with other houseguests. Because this is just a game, and the only color that really matters is green.

You have to explain your hunch about the secret alliance and give reasons as to why it exists. In this case I don’t think you can do that without pointing out the obvious.

Eh, then next time, when you have a contestant pantomime a black contestant like a monkey, you f***ing get rid of them on the spot instead of burying your head in the sand.
Hell, they should have done that with Josh and the pots.
There was also nothing preventing the other contestants from being smart enough to band together this season. Let the contestants figure it out themselves.

Because this is just a game, and the only color that really matters is green. I think everyone in The Cookout is well-aware that if they’re exposed and targeted, it’s strictly due to game reasons. I highly doubt any of them would claim anything but. If anything, I think it’s more likely they’ll target each other before anyone else does. The next few weeks will be a real test to see how loyal they are to each other. I think X and Tiffany may have chatted a couple days ago about the possibility of cutting Azah and Derek F out of the alliance. Sticking together to final 6 is noble, but there may come a point where it may become too problematic for their individual games.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}
Kyland nominated Claire and Derek F. If noms stay the same, Claire is the target. There's been talk of shifting the target to Britni for some reason.
Here's the 1st round of voting results for BB bucks:
Derek F, Derek X, and Tiffany: $100
Xavier, Britini, and Hannah: $75
Everyone else: $50

Alyssa won the POV . . . and Kyland won the second POV which is a power rewarded as part of the High Roller Room.
Ky may use his veto on Claire and put up Britni. He seems convinced Britni got the $100 and wants to get her out before she can use it.

Britini did get the $100, not Tiffany.

I think a member of The Cookout is winning the season, but I want DX or Claire to win HOH just for the chaos.
