Monday - Elevation, Being the Elite Tuesday - Dark Wednesday - Dynamite Thursday - Unrestricted Friday - Rampage Sunday - PPVs (I guess that's the norm for them now anyway)
Really just need something on Saturdays and they'll have full schedules on PPV weeks. Kind of wild given the company's barely over two years old at this point.

I think its overkill. When the promotion started, I decided I wanted to watch every AEW match ever because they don't do house shows. I had to give up on trying to do that long ago. I don't even have time to watch it all. And I'm not even that busy of a person.

In the end, you have to strike while the iron is hot. TNT clearly loves AEW and you don't want to sour that relationship by declining them if/when they ask for more programming.
I personally think 2 hours a week is just the right amount of wrestling. If I read on here that something on Dark/Elevation was great, I'll seek it out, but I don't have the energy for that much wrestling a week. Rampage I might be able to do, as I think it's only going to be one hour, but I do worry about creative burnout and hotshotting as a side effect of it all.
I suppose we'll see what the future holds.

I think it's fine to put more content out there for the people wanting it though personally I only actually occasionally watch Dynamite and PPVs. I'm pretty much never going to watch Dark or Elevation, I don't watch the vlogs or listen to the podcast, and I'm probably not going to watch Rampage.

I've wanted to watch more Dark and Elevation mostly because they're my brother's two favourite wrestling shows to watch every week. Like, he enjoys Dynamite but he loves how even the side characters are fun and interesting and the stories are ones you can be invested in too, as minor as they are.
Also the Lance Archer squashes help.

Can't say I watch all of Dark or Dark Elevation but they have their uses and I can't fault them that. Feel like Dynamite is the only must watch of them all, as it should be.

As long as Dark and Elevation fill the old WWE superstars role where it's either lower-card guys getting a crowd to work in front of to get better or the big stars in some squashes, I'm fine with it. I just don't have the hours in the week to devote 6/7 days to wrestling.

DARK and Elevation do their jobs fine. They have very clearly helped wrestlers develop and find themselves having matches and are continuing to do so. They are aso beginning to feature more storyline development and actual feuds between lower card talent which is what is sorely needed.
Rampage will help stretch out AEW's roster and give people more time and storylines. I'm excited to see what it brings to the table.
Overall I don't see any "Overexposure". AEW's been recapping stuff on DARK more lately and will do so as well for Rampage I'd imagine. You watch and you're rewarded with good stuff but they make sure you don't miss any important story beats.

this inching close to overexposure for the company Dynamite = Nitro Dark = WCW Pro Dark Elevation = WCW Saturday Night Rampage = Thunder Unrestricted = WCW had 3 hour Nitro, 2 hour Thunder, 2 Hour WCW Saturday Night and 1 hour WCW Pro/Worldwide. That's 10 hours of programming. AEW only going to have closer to 5 hours. Maybe 5 and half hours once Dark does it's separate taping. It's equal to Raw/Smackdown and Main event. Only AEW only has 3 hours or two shows that really matter. Elevation and Dark are more bonus programming with stars racking up wins and development shows. There's no pressure on those shows to be successful. So it's not comparable at all really.

AEW does a good job with scaling; Dark and Elevation are fun watches that have a fewp lot threads going at any given time and let you see a whole lot of the roster that you're otherwise almost never catching a glimpse of, but they are also completely skippable. I have friends who will watch Dynamite every week but only watch the Youtube shows if I tell them there's a really good standout match worth catching. I have a couple others who dip in and out as time permits them to watch the Youtube shows. And that doesn't hurt their enjoyment of the product at all because it's all well organized so that Dynamite is the big one and you can engage with whatever you want to past that, while still making that programming more meaningful and add more depth to stories in ways that WWE's similar shows don't.
There's a fair amount of programming, but I think it does a good job of managing those expectations and those purposes. You don't need to watch all that programming. If they expected you to, that'd be more of an issue.

At the end of the day - the way I see it - there’s a very clear funnel at work here.
Everything outside of Dynamite? Funnels into some piece of Dynamite. It plays into the larger stories. But it’s all stuff you can, if you chose, skip and still know exactly what’s going on with the stories at play. That’s a good thing.
Take the Hangman story. Yes, the story on Dynamite has a beginning, kinda middle (they had to adapt on the fly as I pointed out in another thread yesterday because of what happened with Brodie), and soon an end. Very easy to follow.
BUT….
The stuff that ties into it on BTE? If you’ve been following along it enhances said story. Lotta Easter eggs that tie into the main piece that had way more eyeballs on it.
I mean, I think it’s safe to say without hyperbole, I’m one of the biggest Day 1 AEW fans around here and even I don’t watch all the content.
Point of all this is; do they produce a ton of content and give exposure/opportunity to work to a ton of people? Yes.
Does their entire business model depend on you watching ALL of the content? Hell naw. Do they want as many eyeballs as possible? Sure. But as long as Dynamite draws, crowds show up, and t-shirts sell? They’re good.
Is it over saturated? Not even remotely.
But hey, that’s another sign they’ve made it big time I guess. We’re a shade under 2 years in and people are already complaining about the amount of content they’re turning out. 😉😂

My life would be less. Wait until Rampage debuts and MARVEZ starts doing interviews from the Dark Realm instead of teleporting to the Mortal Realm an extra day of the week….

With the side shows, you really don't need to keep up but can pick and choose to pop back and watch something is generating buzz. I don't watch the vlogs, for example, bur I'll pop in and catch episodes like the Brody tribute.
