I appreciate MJF throwing vastly different wrestlers at him.

That’s one of the weirdest call backs in wrestling history and I can’t help but adore it.

If you'd told me a year ago that a Dynamite would end with MJF telling a blood-soaked, glass-covered Chris Jericho he'd have to fight Juventud Guerrera after his deathmatch with Nick Gage, I'd have called you insane, and yet here we are.

I love the booking of this. From a kayfabe point of view, how on earth is Jericho supposed to predict what's coming next? MJF is just throwing out curveball after curveball to wear him down. It's so much fun (even if that Gage match was a little much for me, haha)

"Meh, Juvi doesn't seem so bad after Nick Gage. How is he a threat?"
*Juvi takes the elevator, strips off all of his clothes, and rips a fat laced joint*

Well I definitely want to see that for the spectacle of it but given..you know...Juvi's ENTIRE HISTORY it's quite the gamble lol. It will be entertaining either way!

Said it in the thread, but the stipulation should have been that it's a Pinata On A Pole match.
Looking forward to Jericho vs. Juvi again.
I can't wait for MJF to bring out Gedo next. "THE STIPULATION IS YOU HAVE TO LET HIM DROP YOU ON YOUR HEAD!!!!!"

I said this before on the Dynamite thread, but.
I mean "Oh no Jericho's gotta fight.... Another middle aged man pushing 50 who spent most of his mainstream American career as a jobber."
Don't get me wrong, I don't know much about Juvi's career other than his late WCW days, and his WWE work, and that he's a troublemaker who gets fired a lot, but after what I just saw... This seems... Underwhealming as a "Labor"

Neither one of them are who they were circa 97/98, but damn if I'm still not looking forward to this match.

I think ol' nL Johnny has been booking these recent Labors of Jericho.
The final labor will be against Chuck E. Cheese.

Also, with MJF blatantly hinting at a CM Punk debut by aping the Pipebomb promo.

Underwhealming as a "Labor" I get that, but look at what MJF's doing. Jericho is being forced to do these matches one after the other, with only a week to rest in between. First a match where Shawn Spears gets to hit him with chairs and Jericho can't fight back, then a death match vs. Nick friggin' Gage, where they were both bumping onto broken glass. He was a bloody mess at the end of the show, he couldn't even stand. Now he has to wrestle one of his greatest rivals next week, in a match where he's going to have to hit a move off the top rope in order to win. These days, he barely goes to the top rope anyway, now he has to do it after two straight weeks of abuse from maniacs? Take my damn money, AEW.

This actually gave me real strong WCW nostalgia. I vividly remember the match where Jericho won and took Juvi’s mask and wore it as a trophy. 1998 Chris Jericho was amazing.

I love how the major stipulation for Labor 3 is Jericho having to do a move off the top rope like this is Bill Watts WCW.

No lie, 98 Chris Jericho was the first time I became a fan of a heel. He was just too damn entertaining to hate, even for pre-internet, 10-year-old me.
