I actually think Shane showing up in AEW isnt a crazy as it sounds. Wasnt he just on a performer contract during his last run. I can see him saying screw it and working some matches or angles. Eck, sorry but that is such a hard pass for me (not that it matters). I don't even feel like getting Shane would be so much of a "coup" as it would be literally grabbing someone just to say they could. He's WWE born and raised, and although he's had a few matches that people consider classics, I can't see any logical reason to add him to the fold. Reeks of desperation, and no doubt he tries to bleed them try on his deal. There's no way he goes down there to make a "change" in the business. He had over twenty years to do that and essentially just left the business instead of adding to it.
