I'm not basing this on anything at all, there's no news story to go with this, or anything. But I have a strong feeling Lance is going to be the final labor. And I would love it, honestly. Lance has said for years he wants one final match with Jericho as a retirement match, seeing as how their first match was against each other. I think this angle would be the perfect way to shoehorn that in.

I'm thinking next week will be Jericho vs. Storm(must win by Submission) or Jericho vs. Paul Wight(must win by over the top rope elimination). I think Jericho/Sammy is the end game.

Next week will be Juventud, as per an announcement on Dynamite, if Storm happens, it will probably be the last one. And yea, must win by submission sounds like it could be cool.

Particularly it'd work if, as per the top rope stipulation, they had Jericho favoring his leg afterwards, setting up that Lance had the advantage that the single leg crab would have him dead to rites if locked on in the middle of the ring. Cap it off maybe with one of the FTR guys chopblocking him, perhaps.

It's gonna be amazing if Lance comes in for this. He's had his qualms with AEW Booking but Alvarez might mark out harder than anyone seeing Lance show up if he's kept out of the loop lmfao

I don't know if Lance can still go or not, but he'd be an amazing Labor #5 if he can.
Only other guy I'd think would be appropriate would be Dean Malenko but I don't think that's a viable option.

I was considerably underwhelmed by the Juventud reveal - I would be equally underwhelmed if Lance Storm was another one of the reveals.
No disrespect to them - I’ve no interest in watching wrestlers who I haven’t seen in over 20 years is all...

Lance would be sweet. Lance has talked multiple times that he would like his last match ever to be with Jericho. Would also make it cool to be a submission match where MJF says that not only does Jericho have to beat Lance, if he does so, Lance Storm will never wrestle again. That way it gives the story some extra layer to see of Jericho hates MJF enough to put his oldest friend in the business out for good.

I think Jericho/Sammy is the end game. ...but why? I mean, I get it in terms of Sammy being Jericho's protege and such, but why would Sammy (storyline) agree to work with MJF, especially given the IC/Pinnacle blood feud that just happened?

It's been a labor watching this feud go on and on and on. The surprise appearances have injected a bit of life into it (even though I think Nick Gage is a backyard-tier joke), but this shit has gone on forever with some questionable booking decisions along the way. Like, how is a War Games match a mid-feud thing?
