Seems so long ago. For a while there it felt like WWE couldn't transition into other eras but after seeing this? It's clear we have. Whether that started with Covid-19, AEW and other promotion's rises, Vince getting worse in management, whatever, we're just in a different era now.
None of these wrestlers are in the company these days. Fans aren't like that anymore. Reactions aren't like that anymore. Look at the wide diversity of characters here. You got Romey Rome, wild Ambrose, Wyatt the cult leader, the right hand man Luke f***ing Harper, you then got this new beast Braun Strowman. Crazy times. People thought this era wasn't the greatest but in retrospect this shit was masterful compared to today.
And none of them are here anymore. Forever RIP Jonathan Huber.
(nah the Big Dog ain't here no more, we got The Tribal Chief now, f*** The Big Dog, homie hit the bricks)

I remember a lot of us (I was probably one of them) were shitting on Braun when he first showed up, but his debut was better than I remembered.

It's crazy that all four Wyatt's are now gone from WWE with one of them unfortunately passing away. There's no way I would've believed that in 2015-16. I mean Rowan and Harper getting released wasn't that shocking but I never in a million years thought they would ever let Bray and Braun (especially after he started to really take off the following year) go.

I don't get it. At all. It's kind of a small horse, I mean what am I missing? Am I crazy?

Via expressions/body language and bumping around, Ambrose and Rollins sold for Braun like he was an absolute f***ing nightmare come to life

In 6 years there will be a thread about how great this current era was compared to 2027. It happens all the time.

I remember a few people suggesting that Braun was just another big monster for Cena to slay even though the two never really interacted until the second brand split.

The confused quiet crowd is always quite an awkward sound as it drags on. I do like that flipping reverse slam thing Braun did though I'd forgotten about that.

I think that the crowd was surprised that he was destroying Reigns and Ambrose together at the same time. It was unheard of given how strong they had been booked, especially Reigns as this was pretty much prime into "Ungodly Strong Romey Rome" territory. The fact that Strowman was manhandling them like that is crazy.

Because it keeps getting worse and worse? Because everyone always complains. Huh, funny, don't see much complaining about wrestling shows that fans actually enjoy on a consistent basis. How is that possible? I guess it's some mystery that can never truly be solved...

2015 is a very interesting year to look back on. One thing that honestly I think that affected the WWE was the death of Dusty Rhodes. Dusty really helped a lot of the guys that are out there now(Cody, Zayn, Mox, Owens, Seth, The Horsewomen, Finn) I mean if Dusty didn't die, would we have gotten AEW?

I remember a lot of us (I was probably one of them) were shitting on Braun when he first showed up, but his debut was better than I remembered. Hah, do you remember in the 2016 Rumble when Braun walked out (he was still very much an unknown quality at the time) and just killed both Local Men in 30 seconds? Twitter went nuts. Although that match also predicted the future as Braun accidentally hits Brock with a stiff hit at one point and you can see Lesnar get pissed off. He was never jobbing to that man in his life from that moment on. Speaking of the Wyatts/Shield, 2014 Rumble, both teams slowly turned to face each other and the camera missed it!!! f***ing Dunn. All of this is better sweet now because Luke/Brodie's now longer with us and he was just about to do the biggest things in his career.
