So, World War 3 was WCW's answer to WWE's Royal Rumble: a 3-ring 60 man battle royal. But, it didn't last very long (only 4 were held) for one big reason: it was basically 3 20-man battle royals held at the same time, which made it hard to watch. The 1st 2 showed all 3 rings at once, which had 3 small split screens that was hard to watch until it got down the last few who moved to just 1 ring. The next 2 weren't split screen but switched from 1 ring to another, which was somewhat easier to look at but would cause some action to be missed from the other rings. So, that (plus other reasons) make it no surprise that the match was dropped after Vince Russo came in. But, I think I came up with a way to fix the match: I borrowed some rules from AEW's answer to the Royal Rumble, the Casino Battle Royal. In that match, 5 men start off; and after 3 minutes, another 5 come in until 1 lucky fellow is left to come out. So, I came up with a way to combine the 2: in this iteration of the World War 3 match, we'll start off with 2 men for the 1st poll. The next poll will have 4 more men. This will go on until there are 2 men left, and then the remaining men will duke it out until 1 man remains. I've taken all the participants from the 1995 match and placed them in a random order. The winner of the original match and the first runner-up were Numbers 1 and 2, and the rest were ordered alphabetically from the PPV's Wikipedia page. So, let's begin with our first entrant: www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3yF5kv1LVYIt's The Yeti from The Dungeon Of Doom. Now, for the 2nd entrant: www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJI3afNNEOsIt's Super Assassin #2.
