There's a certain Smackdown superstar who has a connection to all of this 9/11 stuff. I really wish we got the real Zelina Vega. Not the crap ass heel character. She can be an absolute great babyface. .......yeah.....about that..... I'm assuming that she was suppose to have a match on the 20 year anniversary episode of 9/11(and her father's death) and they ended up cutting it. That sucks if true. If every there was a time and place to use her. It was here tonight. The women basically got nothing tonight outside of the contract signing. |

Oh God, Roman's going to beat The Demon. Keep saying it. THIS is the battle WWE have to fight if they want to turn things around. Matches should be getting met with anticipation and excitement, not DREAD. |

Smackdown was mostly awesome except for one thing which I will get to later. Amazing opening video in honor of September 11th. It made me cry & gave me goosebumps. The only thing that would have made it better was if Lillian Garcia was there to sing the National Anthem. Excellent opening promo by Roman Reigns. Damn, I didn't think Brock Lesnar would be in the opening segment with Reigns. I thought they would milk it until the end of the show. Maybe they could have gotten permission from FOX to go overtime past 10. By the way great opening promo by Roman Reigns. What did the crowd say that they had mute them? I love Reigns & The Usos walking out on Paul Heyman. And then everything with Brock Lesnar & Heyman & then Lesnar laying everyone out. Amazing segment. Good Paul Heyman promo. The 10-Man Tag was fun until the crap with a celebrity that shouldn't be anywhere near a wrestling ring, especially since I don’t follow anything but wrestling & Mets Baseball. It takes away from the actual wrestlers that are getting paid to entertain us. Excellent promo by Big E. Very good contract signing with Becky Lynch & Bianca Belair. Both women had excellent promos. I can't wait for Extreme Rules. Fun segment with Shotzi & Nox & then Kayla Braxton & Heyman again. I miss them together on Talking Smack. And once again Big E with the tease. Edge VS Seth Rollins was incredible. I thought their SummerSlam Match was amazing. This match was better than that. What a finish & it told an awesome story. I love Rey Mysterio being there when they put Edge in the ambulance since they were tag team partners in the past. Great promo by Seth Rollins. I like this version of him. Good segment with Roman Reigns, The Usos, & Paul Heyman lurking in the background. There was no Women’s Match on the show for the 2nd week in a row. That is utter disrespect to every woman in the locker room. They should be mad & walk out of the show. It would have been amazing for Zelina Vega to make her in-ring MSG Debut on the eve of the most tragic day in her life, when she lost her dad. That’s complete BS. The Street Profits VS The Usos was great, but the finish was predictable to continue their feud. I loved the return of The Demon to challenge Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules, but what happened to Brock Lesnar? He said he was going to be back to confront Reigns later. 205 Live was different. Valentina Feroz VS Katrina Cortez was good. Both women were finally allowed to showcase their skills as they have been used as enhancement talents. Trey Baxter & Odyssey Jones VS Josh Briggs & Joe Gacy was surprisingly good with everyone’s different styles. Here's all of the Facts & Stats for Smackdown & 205 Live: |

I was looking for a new gag a little while back and Hashtag had previously posted something about liking the goth/grunge or whatever look that Bayley had used a week or two earlier so it just stemmed from there really as it started off about her being his wife and now it's just turned into a ''Bayley is so obsessed with him that she keeps him locked up in a cage but he keeps escaping so he can post here'' type of thing. |
