I expect Becky / Bianca to be a one-and-done mostly since I figure they're moving Bianca to Raw in the draft.

I will be surprised if it doesn't get bumped to the kick off by Sunday. As for Becky and Bianca I'm sure they'll do at least two more PPV rematches as WWE loves to stretch and drag out feuds even if there's no reason to like Bianca and Bayley where Bianca beat her cleanly two PPV's in a row in title defenses and yet Bayley was still going to get another shot before it was scrapped due her getting injured. With them not having any faces that they really seem to have any interest in pushing this one definitely has rematch feud written all over it. I can see Becky getting herself disqualified or something and then doing another match at the October PPV for sure. If that's the case then that does make the Liv/Carmella match more pointless then it already seems though. Unless I guess Sasha's might be back soon and they want to give Liv a big win on PPV to set up a feud against her? I really don't get what the purpose of having Carmella would be as she's clearly settled in as a perennial midcard glue piece at this point. Unless they do something where Zelina interferes and helps her win to set them up as a team to have in their terrible tag division. Liv should win since she definitely has the more upside of the two at this point but the thing is she's already beat Carmella on TV like three times so it wouldn't do much for her and obviously a loss would be a big set back for her. I do think she's someone who could be a star if given a consistent push. I think you are selling her a little bit short in ring as she's proven when given the opportunity that she can hold her own against a lot of the top girls (Bianca a few weeks ago, Charlotte and Asuka during her singles run on Raw last year). Even as a fan though I would agree that her mic work is pretty weak. That promo she cut on Carmella on Smackdown was pretty cringe. I've said it before but a lot of her issue I think is she just has a real whiny and nasally voice and it leads to a disconnect and makes it really hard to take her seriously. I'm with you here. I feel bad for her because she can't help it, but she's like Sasha for me where her voice is like nails on a chalkboard. I'm pretty high on her as a wrestler though... she's not someone who should be tasked with carrying average wrestlers like Carmella or Zelina, but when she's able to show what she can do against the elite talents like Bianca, Asuka and others she's quite impressive, ESPECIALLY compared to her days in NXT and the early years on the main roster. I think Sasha actually annoys me more. Like with Liv I think the dialogue of her promos aren't bad but her delivery, thanks probably a lot to her voice. sucks. With Sasha her delivery is bad and her dialogue sucks too. Also another I thing I never understood about Sasha is that she's from Boston but yet talks like vapid girl who lives on the west coast. I like Liv in ring and think she's good too. She's kind of polarizing in that regard in that there's people who consider her good now and there's others who don't think she's any good. I don't know if it's just stereotyping because she's a good looking girl who didn't work indies so they lump her with like the Lana's and Dana Brooke's of the world or they just have bad first impressions of her when she was still green. I know the term "improved" gets thrown a lot it seems like with the women and usually I think it's people being nice and it's more of a case of the person being horrible before and barely serviceable but Liv is someone who I think genuinely improved a ton. Like going by how that four way match was structured they clearly have more faith in her as a worker then they do with Carmella and Zelina. Trusting her to help carry the long leg of a multi person match is saying something compared to her NXT and in her early days on the main roster when it seemed like they had no faith in her at all in that she would never have single matches especially of any length and was always eliminated super quick in any kind of multi woman elimination type match. I know this might be a controversial opinion but I think she was actually better then Ruby towards the end of their run as a team. I like Ruby too and granted I think it's really close but of the two it seems like Liv was putting a little more effort in even when they were really jobbing them all the time, taking some pretty crazy bumps in three minutes matches where she was going to lose. With Ruby while I wouldn't say she was half assing, seemed more checked out which I don't blame her for as they weren't doing right by them at all.

Yeah, like Lizuka mentioned, I expect Bianca/Becky to be a one and done challenge, especially with the draft so close. Not to mention the RAW side of the women's division needs a strong babyface since Asuka is injured and Alexa probably isn't winning the title (and on the off chance she does, it will likely be a very short reign with her dropping it back to Charlotte within a couple of weeks).
As for Liv chat, I think she is a fine at best worker. However, she is still not top of the card material. She's still very far below a lot of other women who have yet to be called up from NXT, not to mention the 4HW and Asuka.
And while I think she will get a title run sooner rather than later, odds are pretty good it'll be a transitional run (Would not be shocked if she loses it in her first or second defense), dropping it either back to Becky or another heel they may want to push strong out of the gate. Not to mention there are significantly more credible babyfaces on Smackdown than there are heels. You have Tegan, Shotzi, Liv, Toni, and Bianca all as credible babyfaces. Where the heel side, the only credible woman active right now is Becky. Sasha might return eventually, but with her constant disappearing acts as of late, it's not hard to imagine WWE might be losing a bit of confidence in wanting to push her as a centerpiece of the division.

I totally forgot about the draft. I mean it wouldn't shock me if they still did another Becky-Bianca match however now that you mention it Bianca getting drafted to Raw is something I could see them doing with another face on there like Alexa or Rhea coming over in exchange to Smackdown and being Becky's next challenger.

It seems like Liv gets switched to the other brand every draft, so it wouldnβt surprise me if she ends up on the red brand in a couple of weeks. And since Charlotte needs constant additional updates to catch up to #16, Liv looks like an ideal candidate to give a month long title reign to. They were willing to throw Nikki a bone, and I think those two are at about the same level.
The only fear about a potential move back to RAW is a singles match against Nia Jax. But obviously Iβm thinking too far forward at this point.

So Big E vs. Lashley in a... Chairs Match? To be announced on SD or at the PPV itself?

After tonight's RAW, I can safely say my excitement levels for this PPV are at an all time low. Absolutely nothing on this card actually appeals to me as a viewer, and the direction RAW is going in (especially in regards to the women) is pretty underwhelming. Not that Smackdown is any better.

It's Extreme Rules because they're extreme about following the rules. So Matt Striker booked this show? At December to Dismember he wrestled Balls Mahoney in a match that Striker described as βextreme ENFORCEMENT of rules.β

Two things. 1 - This is two years in a row I've made the Extreme Rules thread a week or two before the show entirely because I realized no one had bothered to yet. 2 - Are there going to be any extreme rules on this Extreme Rules? They have 1. Extreme Rules is the new Survivor Series: 1 of the signature gimmick match is enough!
