Matt Striker sold that moment perfectly. How his voice went from heartfelt, to disgust, when he realized what Moose was doing.

That was one of those rare dips into the WWE playbook for IMPACT these days and based on the reaction, it worked.

This could easily be their top feud for the next few months.
I’m also curious to see how long Mickie holds the KO’s title and who she ends up dropping it to in the end?

As long as Alexander gets the title back at the end of the feud, this should be great.

Also, Sams town looked great, Impact did an amazing job dressing the place up.

Sounds like it was amazing. The word gets thrown around a lot but this is the definition of a SWERVE, and it's how it should be. Can't believe Moose is champ something I've wanted for the last 2 years and I;m pissed. Credit to Impact. The whole buildup was for Josh winning, having his wife and son there, beating Christian and to have Moose rip it from him is amazing. Moose has to be the biggest heel in wrestling now. This feud should be great/
Unbelievable Mickie is champ again. After what she went through in WWE and the trash bag incident this seems so great for her.
Any update on why Tenille had to pull out?

And now I’m kicking myself for missing it lol. Sounds like it was a great show, that ending is awesome. Man stood above his family and everything.

Makes no sense to have Moose immediately win the belt after Josh won it because:
1. That’s a match you could have built up to.
2: if Moose was the final plan, why didn’t you just have him beat Kenny?
3. Moose cashing in like that makes him look like a cowardly heel. That’s not who Moose is as a heel. Never has been.
Tone deaf and short-sighted. The HEATZ tactic is so played out in wrestling right now.

Moose has been playing the cowardly heel for a long time, it's basically what his TNA title gimmick was about. His contract was up soon after facing Kenny, he didn't sign an extension until after the PPV.

He saw that Alexander went through a long & physical match against Cage, plus that he was busy celebrating with his family...that, that was the perfect time to strike.

I’ve just finished watching the show and reading through the thread. I just want to add that they mentioned during the battle royal that Moose has “always struggled to get over the finish line” or something like that when it came to winning the big one. Big foreshadowing now that you think about it, and definitely does play into his character at the moment.
