I don't think it needs to be stated why it's a bad look and bad idea for the owner of a company in charge of whether someone remains employed or fired to suggest that an employee do "romantic" skits with him.
There are good and bad sides to Vince McMahon both as a person and a performer that make it easy to see why some wrestlers adore him and some have nothing good to say about him. His cringey old skits with the female wrestlers that were in poor taste even in the time they aired is definitely a point in favor of the latter.

This is why I never gave the WWE any credit for the Women's Revolution. They were the ones holding back the women in the first place. It was Shimmer, WSU etc who started a revolution, not you, and you lost out a whole generation of incredible wrestlers because you were using women for Playboy deals and pudding matches.
