My dream match would have to be HBK vs AJ Styles.

They say if Bret had faced El Dandy in the main event of a PPV with the US Title on the line, WCW would still be in business today I doubt it. “Why does everyone shuck on this guy?”

Agree with OP, Bret vs Kurt is the stuff of dreams.
It reminds me of the fact that Owen vs. Kurt happened and is probably sitting in a WWE vault never to be broadcast.

Bret vs. pretty much everyone on the roster (even Shanky) is a dream match for me. I'd love to see him vs. a motivated Brock I agree with the OP and this too. My four dream matches are: Face Bret vs Heel Kurt Heel Bret vs Face Kurt Face Bret vs Heel Brock Heel Bret vs Face Brock

Ironically I believe one of Owen's last matches was a dark match with Kurt before he debuted

Bret v Orton is mine, but Bret v Kurt is a close second. I wonder though are Bret and Kurt too similar in style? Not as similar as Bret vs Owen in style and those were spectacular. Yes Bret vs Kurt is my all time greatest what-if match.

People always wanted that Undertaker/Sting match but gloss over the very brief window where Taker and Andre were both in WWF. Any match would have been legendarily awful but imagine Taker being the one to shelve Andre instead of Earthquake, wheeling out a giant casket. That would’ve been some good stuff.

If I had a time machine I'd set up 1992 Vader vs 2002 Brock Lesnar.

Kind of a weird one, but it's too bad we never got to see Kerry Von Erich vs Randy Savage. Yeah, by 1990, Kerry was only half the worker he once was (no, that's not a tasteless joke about him losing his foot), but Savage could have still pulled something great out of him.
