What are the most misogynistic things to ever happen in WWE?

Was that before or after he got caught playing whack-a-mole with his wife's face? What was worst was how JR was excusing his actions.

And it was even crazier coming from a woman that I could see being able to beat up half the men on the roster at the time.

The pudding and gravy matches were a pretty low point.
I'd say those, plus the general booking trend in the Attitude Era of "I'm a strong, independent woman, and to demonstrate that, I'M GONNA STRIP OFF MY CLOTHES!" Sable, the Kat, Terri Runnels, Debra, Tori Wilson, Trish, even Lita ... they all did it. The women whose characters were opposed to being presented as T&A (Ivory, Luna) were the heels and were portrayed as uptight fuddy-duddies.
So much of the women's booking in 1998-2001 just feels like whack-off material for the Vinces and Kevin Dunn.

You've got a lot of choice material, especially in the Attitude Era and the Ruthless Aggression Era. But I don't think anything ever made me feel outright uncomfortable like Vince making Trish Stratus strip and bark like a dog.

It's not like that era was known for catch-as-catch can wrestling(although 2000 was more in-ring action oriented with Jericho, Kurt Angle, and The Radicalz making a splash onto the scene).

They were pushing both Beth and Nattie as Anti-Divas. Then Beth goes and says this. Just to reinforce even their place on the totem pole.

And some people have wondered why the women's matches were the best times to go take a piss and hit the concession stand.

At the Wrestlemania 18 Fan Axxess they had a to scale bronze model made of Stacy Kieblers legs and bum.
They interviewed her intercut with footage of fans taking photos with their hands all over it. The interview was as awkward as you would expect.
