At the Wrestlemania 18 Fan Axxess they had a to scale bronze model made of Stacy Kieblers legs and bum. They interviewed her intercut with footage of fans taking photos with their hands all over it. The interview was as awkward as you would expect. They should have done a model for Rikishi. Never underestimate the stupidity of your average wrestling fans.

They should have done a model for Rikishi. Never underestimate the stupidity of your average wrestling fans. The fact that male wrestlers actually took the stink face shows that there's a brain imbalance with people in wrestling. No amount of money is worth that, they should have done just like Roddy Piper and turned it down and if WWF fires them, what court will turn down a lawsuit for being fired for not wanting a half naked man's butt in your face? Definitely was misogynistic. You got a great wrestler who happens to be a woman, but the entire focus is on how she doesn't have a Barbie doll body or dress to ingratiate herself to men who see women's entire role in the business as free t&a. WWE doesn't deserve Molly. I know she put in for a backstage role recently. Why she even needed to apply or interview is beyond me but she really needs to go somewhere where she's actually appreciated.

Not sure if any of these qualify, but: The Piggy James angle. Santina winning the WM 25 Miss Wrestlemania battle royale. (also, a Kid Rock concert replacing their entries) The first women's Money in the Bank ending with Carmella winning by Ellsworth's proxy. The Rock singing to Vickie Guerrero. Can we add "Just having that dumb hick Kid Rock on the show at all"?

Said concert ended up getting scrapped by the video release And they already knew at this point that Kid Rock charges too much for home video rights. So why even have something like that on the show if you are going to have to edit it out later? Using his songs as a theme song for a wrestler or the ppv is a minor edit. But not a whole concert that included the woman’s entrance.

We all loved him at the time.... but wouldn't the Val Venus character, itself, be applicable?

I think that Trish barking like a dog is as close to an objective answer as there can be to a question like this.
But, in terms of things that haven't been mentioned, even as a kid I found it super skeevy and uncomfortable any time there was an angle where two dudes fought each other for a female manager's "services." The absolute worst of these for me was in WCW, when Saturn and Eddie Guerrero fought for the key to release Torrie Wilson from a shark cage, so to the extent that WCW is under the WWF/E umbrella for purposes of this thread that's my answer. Talk about literally objectifying a woman...
Other instances, though, are things like Steiner and Test fighting for Stacy Keibler's "services," Pillman and Goldust fighting for Marlena's "services," etc...just real scuzzy stuff that would never fly today.

Good point..... I don't think the pornstar character Val Venus was ever truly a heel so it came off better.

Sadly, there are an awful lot of suitable answers to this question. Most of the best ones already raised here.
Don't know if anyone has pointed out Austin stunning a harmless Stacy Kiebler for the heinous crime of not wanting to drink beer. And, like the Trish barking like a dog and other examples, it feels worse when the crowd pops huge for it.

The diva search. Just the diva search. All of it. Although diss the diva was a particular low. There's some ways of justifying the attitude era stuff but this was way after that point and had very little entertainment value.
What I wanna know is who told the Diva Search contestants it was a good idea to say all those obscenities on live TV, and I'd also like to know why they okayed it.

That was my guess too. If it were anybody lower on the totem pole, they'd have probably been fired the same night.

What's worse about the Austin/Stacy segment was it happened AFTER Austin returned. As in, after the abuse issues with Debra.

The way Edge pinned Beulah at One Night Stand in 2006.

The undertone was that if Steele won, Elizabeth was basically his sex slave.

X-Pac once won a weekend with Kane's girlfriend Tori with the same implication (although the next week she said he'd been a perfect gentleman). The idea of a sporting body sanctioning such a stipulation is ridiculous. It presumably remains an option, just like bra and panties matches, for men too.

I don't think the pornstar character Val Venus was ever truly a heel so it came off better. The Goldust and Venis feud in 1998 had Val as the more heelish of the two, as Dustin seemed to be the babyface when he returned as Goldust to combat Val and Terri. Then there is the follow up where Val dumped Terri when she became pregnant, revealing that Val had gotten clipped, meaning it wasn't possible for him to be the father.

I mean, they had a match where the winner would gain paternity rights to the son of one of the competitors, so that's not that much crazier

It's kinda funny how the Godfather hasn't even been mentioned yet. The gimmick was that of a literal pimp.
