Anyone know the attendance at that show in Florida where New Jack stabbed that guy I just looked up the video of it and there’s about 10 facing the hard camera side. It’s tough to tell since a few are little kids walking around and not even paying attention to the match. When the fight goes outside the ring you see a bunch of rows of empty chairs. My guess would be 50 at most, but probably less.

In 2006 I went to an HWA show with maybe 40 people?
The only thing of note is I got to see young baby face champion Jon Moxley in a small suburb in Cincy we both grew up around.

Yeah you could tell Moxley had a lot of talent years before he made it to WWE. Even then he gutted it out in front of TONS of tiny crowds. Check this out. Jon Moxley vs. Nick Gage is the main event match GCW has hyped recently. In other words it’s the top match of arguably the top indie. Here is that match from 2010 in front of approximately 70 people: youtu.be/hK2jmfwsyHcTo my knowledge it was the last time CZW ever tried to run Massachusetts. No idea why they picked Tyngsboro to do it. It was probably just a cheap venue. For those who don’t know Tyngsboro is a town on the New Hampshire border, too far from Boston for most of Massachusetts to care.

9 (including me and my buddy) people for a show headlined by George South, Reid Flair, and someone who escapes me against 3 other forgettable dudes. I knew George and Reid, and we wound up having some fun anyway.
I have a theory this was a dry run for $5 Wrestling, as it was run by Jake Manning and featured a bunch of the dudes who would later be regulars on the shows.

I saw a women's death match tournament with that Moose Knuckles chick in it and there were probably more wrestlers in the tournament than fans in the crowd. Like, legit there were about a dozen people there. It made these women mangling their bodies just look kind of sad instead of bad ass. Did they videotape it? I know with IWA Mid-South, CZW, etc with those crazy death match tournaments they used to have, even when they drew really poorly sometimes the DVDs would be top sellers. With the decline of physical media I don’t know if it’s still the case though I suppose they could still be top sellers as digital downloads. I’ve been to a couple of CZW’s Tournament of Death (my friend was a huge fan and was going through some stuff. Not my call). Both were held at DJ Hyde’s parents property in Delaware, I’d say a couple hundred people easily. Now I did see an early CZW show where there was probably around 50 fans. It was held behind a bar. Biggest star on the show was Sign Guy Dudley.

Not sure if the exact attendance, but for me, it was ROH’s Eye of the Storm 2008. It was already a small venue, the Deer Park Community Center, but this was also the night that we had a huge blizzard, hence the title of the show, which also had an effect on the audience size
