I honestly think the only ones leaving are wrestlers far down in the card who don't get used often.
And while it is true that money talks, it would take a lot of it for wwe to convince somebody higher up to jump ship. Vince can't just offer slightly more money than AEW does. He would have to really offer way more. Vince would have to make sure he really, really wants a wrestler if he's offering enough cash to have them leave the comfort of AEW, and put their loyalty aside.

I'd imagine the majority will stay where they are, but it's absolutely right they look around and if a better deal comes, good on them if they decide to take it.
If we really want to see the spirit of the old Monday Night Wars come back, then eventually we'll need some names going to WWE in order to get that excitement going - and it's good for the wrestlers to have bargaining power in either direction.

Company started January ‘19? Yeah, makes sense a lot of deals would be coming up. Jericho was a 3+1 I know that. I’d swear the EVP’s were all 5 year deals, but could be wrong. But yeah, all the people they signed in the first 6 months are likely up early next year or early 2023.

I wouldn't terribly mind if WWE scooped JR and Jericho. Not happening. IMO. Jericho is finishing out his career in AEW.

If they are happy, they will stay. And if they are into sadomasochism, WWE has fresh contracts ready to go.

If WWE hadn't changed their hiring philosophy recently, this might be more interesting. But I don't see guys like Sammy and Jungle Boy leaving after seeing the recent changes they've made in NXT and beyond. I don't see guys like the Bucks or Jericho leaving for a variety of reasons. Chris knows he'll not be treated well shortly after he gets there. He saw that during his last run when he was a good bit younger. Plus he has more freedom in AEW. The Bucks have office jobs that offer a ton of benefits that they won't get elsewhere. Guys will leave eventually and WWE will make offers both because they see some talent worth getting and just for the perception. But I see it likely being lower to mid card guys who feel like they can make a big splash on the other side. I'm sure smaller companies like ROH and Impact will make plays but with their smaller budgets and less visibility, it's going to take a lot to get someone in free agency. But it's possible.

Even if AEW isn't paying you a fortune, being a part of the program at all gives you some profile that enables you to actually make money from indie bookings and get some work internationally as well.
Unless WWE is putting big money on the table, it's going to be an attractive option for most wrestlers.
ETA: given WWE's habit of unexpected releases, if I were an AEW wrestler who's contract was coming up and WWE was interested in talking, I'd definitely be opening with "If I sign, how much money are you willing to guarantee?"

If the WWE was operating like they were in 2016-early 2021, buying every independent wrestler they could find, then the first few months of 2022 would have been SUPER interesting. As it is now with all the Nick Khan cuts and new 'star-making' philosophy, I can't really see them making a play for anyone in AEW who's contract may be close to finishing up.

The TV deals Vs wrestler contract timings would be interesting and it's almost certain Aew will get a lot more money in their next deal.

But I guarantee AEW's getting a big time deal in the future. They seemingly have Warner's full support at this point.

Only thing left for Jericho to do in WWE is HOF. Vince might let him do it working for another company as he did for Flair and Gunn it just depends on his mood towards Jericho these days and do you trust a boozy, loud AEW hype man with a live mic and a free bar?
As well as the four pillars Wardlow (hoss who can wrestle) and Lucha Bros (Hispanic market and mask merch) would be up Vince's street so will probably get offers.

AEW is a huge bargain for Warner considering they got those TV deals when the company was untested. When the TV deal is up for renewal, they're going to get paid.

I wonder how much Andrade's influence will extend to other Luchadors about his experience in the WWE, the track record is really bad.

I'd be interested in seeing who the WWE chases when the contracts are up and how much of that will be down to not want AEW to have those talents. I could see them trying to snap up some of the women, some of the midcard workhorses and make big plays for those in the upper-midcard. I can't see it working well though

Unbelievable that people think WWE is a trustworthy business partner in professional wrestling.
Money talks, but so does seeing what's happened to 100's of released wrestlers. To the Good Brothers. Why would anyone in AEW feel that WWE would be bargaining in good faith? Out of arrogance? "Oh, it won't happen to me."
Sure, they will try to steal talent away, but it surely won't be because they actually want the talent of have plans for them, it will be to hurt AEW. And the second someone leaves for WWE, and when they get buried, put in catering, cut, where are they going after that? Impact? WOW? Because that's going to happen to EVERY person who leaves AEW for WWE.

If you know AEW is offering a decent chunk of money, I would be flat out telling WWE that the deal needs to be a "no-cut" deal or bust. If you can't guarantee that I won't be chomping my nails off staring at my phone at the end of every quarter to see if the latest batch of releases doesn't have my name on them, I'm staying with AEW, which has released a single digit amount of talent in their 2.5 year run.
