Meltzer confirmed Cody will be on the show tomorrow and he also is not signed as of yet. Says it’s a storyline that is technically based in reality. Said it in the Card thread, but whatever he's doing it's not gonna be confronting Guevara, he said on his vlog he and Tay will be in Brazil that week and not on the shows, so that makes things even more interesting

Joey has worked his butt off getting in shape in the last months, he is staying but I believe it will be via PPA.

I think if Joey stays he will be viewed more important in a backstage role and scout similar to Shawn Dean

The way Spears lost makes me think he potentially won't be getting renewed. Honestly he'd maybe be better off with his wife in impact, the AEW roster is just that stacked that someone like Spears gets easily lost in the shuffle. In impact he'd have a better chance of being a main event guy

He's been in wrestling for decades, and he's in a great spot. I 100% guarantee he won't be going anywhere, because he's a team player having important storyline matches in one of the biggest companies in the world. He's also an important guy backstage, and will be AEW for years to come beyond his career.

He's a good hand jobber to the stars kinda guy in AEW, but in impact he could potentially be a champion. Plus his wife is their which could be a deciding factor in his decision

I can only see Janela staying but with a PPA deal.
Avalons original deal just expired but with Leva comments he is likely staying with a PPA deal

Some of the others I'm expecting to leave in the next few months
Joey Janela, Sonny Kiss, Jack Evans, Angelico, Brian Cage (him and his wife moaning online seems to have backfired), Colt Cabana, Aaron Solo, Nick Comoroto, Jake Hager, Kip Sabian, Marko Stunt, Abadon, Emi Sakura, Yuka Sakazaki (she doesn't seem to want to move to the states) and maybe Frankie Kazarian & Shawn Spears
I know a lot of them came in at the beginning, but with how stacked the roster now is and the talent that is available to them, I just can't see any of the above having much of a future in the company.

I don't know what Kaz's feelings are on Impact Wrestling, but he could do some good there, even if he moves into an agent/coach/trainer role.

I dont who's contracts will expire and not be brought back, but I 100% don't see Frankie Kazarian or Shawn Spears leaving. They are behind the scenes guys. Colt Cabana, Nick Comorato, Aaron Solo all signed later than 2019, their contracts arent coming up, and they are not there on expensive deals. Sonny Kiss was at the January 1, 2019 press conference, so if he's still tweeting about the company and on the page, I imagine he's still working for them. The people who havent been booked for months are gone. Jack Evans and Brian Cage. Now Marko Stunt has been injured and just posted something about a new start, so I imagine he is either going to be PPA or nothing. He even included the GCW injury in his video. At his size, an injury may have changed his career. Angelico still posts a lot about AEW and about how frustrated he is being injured. Kip Sabian has not wrestled anywhere since his injury, and shows up with the box at every show. I think Janela hasnt been booked much in the last 6 months, so he most likely will be on the PPA deal. Hager, who knows. He is barely around and if Inner Circle ends, does he even exist? Abadon just did two tv tapings. Yuka Sakazaki already has a PPA deal. Emi Sakura is unhappy she didnt become a bigger star in AEW, but she may want to keep working there.

If Emi's unhappy, can't blame her.
Moves Stateside for 8 months now and they refuse to let her be on TV

I'm expecting 2-3 out of Ember Moon, Toni Storm, Tegan Nox, Mia Yim & Taya Valkyrie (she's already said that she would like to go to AEW and take part in the Owen Hart cup)

Every company needs solid hands who make a good living being midcard gate keepers.
Guys like Spears? I don't see them leaving to go be a big fish in a small pond, especially at 40 years of age.
