Soo... they arent going to resign Luther? Luther probably doesn't make a whole lot as a wrestler, apparently does a bunch backstage, and I doubt WWE would ever consider signing him. Maybe Impact would put out some feelers, but he's probably someone who sticks around unless he wants to leave.

I do not think it matters who AEW loses as they can easily fill the gap with the depth of talent on their roster.

With a lot of guys, unless AEW outright wants to cut them, I don't see them leaving. For instance, Joey Janela does f*** all on AEW TV these days, but he still shows up on Dark here or there and can be regularly featured in GCW.
If AEW wants to start cutting guys, I think you look to some of the folks that used to get AEW TV time that don't anymore as those that might be likely to go. I don't want to name names out of respect, but it's pretty apparent who might be on the outs.

I could see somebody like Marko Stunt not resigning, as he's doing a lot in GCW and doesn't do a lot in AEW. I'm not saying he would completely leave AEW, I could still see him seconding Jurassic Express, but it'd be a pay-per-appearance deal. With the Forbidden Door as wide open as it is, these days. Unless somebody signs with WWE, I can't really consider anybody really "gone" from AEW.

WWE will absolutely offer Jericho a Legends deal to come back.

Jericho will likely jump ship if he's offered exclusive WWE talent podcast rights and can do his own without company interference. They'll absolutely cut off other podcasters access to active talent in order to get a win. Hager will go along with as he's ageing and big, so bound to get a main event push.

For Jericho, your forgetting about the stuff that he does outside of AEW that WWE probably won't let him do like his Cruise and doing work for Dark Side of The Ring. One of the the reason why he even went to AEW was because Triple H wouldnt let him uses NXT talent on his cruise.

Triple H is out of power while Jericho's value has risen due to being a major figure in the AEW main event scene rather than being someone they saw as a midcarder who'd come back for a feud every few months. The WWE are more than willing to give talent what they want when they're negotiating from a position of strength, look at Brock getting to work UFC and suffer no repercussions for saying he didn't care about how it impacted the WWE in interviews. The Elite won't jump, Cody won't as their futures are tied to AEW's success, Moxley was burnt out by his booking which leaves Jericho with the most to gain and least to lose by jumping back to a place he'll seem fresh again, and it'd make fans forget he's kind of a douche for a while so the Jericho cycle will roll on.

Jericho felt very burnt at the end of his WWE run. He's said that Greatest Royal Rumble was the catalyst for going back on the "I'll only work for Vince McMahon" statement. As far as core original people, I don't see anyone really being let go. Like, you gotta remember who the core guys were at the start of AEW. The Bucks, Jericho, Cody, Brandi, Hangman, SCU, PAC, Janela, Penelope, Britt Baker, and MJF were the core of that first presser. I really don't see anyone really leaving. Out of that group, MAYBE Kazarian and Joey? But I don't think anyone from that group is gone. Then you had the Vegas presser which introduced: The Lucha Brothers, Nyla Rose, Sonny Kiss, Kenny Omega, Best Friends, Sammy Guevara. Maybe Sonny? But again, I'm pretty sure Sonny is content with their spot considering if I'm not mistaken they are going through college right now. Then, of course, you have people that debuted in the Road To Series and at Double or Nothing: Brandon Cutler, Michael Nakazawa, Private Party, Billy Gunn, Shawn Spears, Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus, Marko Stunt, Orange Cassidy, Dustin Rhodes, Kip Sabian, TH2, Shida, Riho, Yuka Sakazaki and Emi Sakura. Maybe from that group Jack Evans.. but like everyone is kinda doing something. Hell Kip's currently in the process of being repackaged and doing stuff in the crowd, so like.. literally everyone is doing something. While the news is these deals are up, I can see almost everyone re-signing.. and while TK said "you can't keep everyone" he's also said he wants to continue to expand the roster.

It really depends but I can certainly see some talent leaving for more money in WWE, and/or leaving because they think they should be used better. Cage is the only one vocal about being used better but there’s bound to be plenty of others that think they deserve better.

Not to say that he’s outlived his usefulness to AEW, but I think at this point of Jericho left, it wouldn’t hurt AEW to much. He’s done so much to help elevate the talent he’s worked with just by being in the same ring as him. In 2019 and 2020, he was hugely important. But if he left tomorrow, I don’t know if it would really make a difference in 2022.

WWE will absolutely offer Jericho a Legends deal to come back. I said it before, I see no scenario for him to return. He can get a lot more mileage and usage where he is. Unless he'd like to stand and wave on a stage every so often or more likely be embarrassed greatly for jumping ship. Personally, I think money is no longer the only major factor with where wrestlers want to work at. AEW is willing to pay but more importantly, they are willing to let performers have freedom in their careers and as of yet hasn't f***ed anyone over out of peety spite.

After hearing MJF comments, he might jump ship. I think he’s going wherever the bag is.
I could also easily see Moxley coming back if Vince steps down in the next year or so(which I think is coming sooner than people realize).

The thing with Jericho in AEW is that hew has the free reign right now to do whatever he wants. Every weird segment idea he has, as long as it's not total trash, will get greenlit. He's done musical numbers and truck hose shit, and he's able to shill his branded wine. He gets to do so while hanging around significantly younger guys and helping to make them mean something. He has a creative fulfilment with what he can do on AEW that goes past his side ventures and his rock star fantasy camp. Hell, Tony just let him run the Labors of Jericho storyline. Vince isn't letting him do any of that stuff. If he went back to WWE, he'd end up right where he used to be again and being handed scripts for segments. They might throw too much money for him to resist, sure, but don't underrate the valuie of being allowed to actually have fun.

I think that’s still a few years down the road, though.

For whats worth apparently from news over time he and Khan are real close.

Jericho is legacy building, that's what working in Japan was about and now AEW. As AEW gets closer and closer to topping WWE he has no reason to leave. He could say he was a key figure in bringing competition back to wrestling.

I expect WWE to go hard after Penta and Fenix.
And there is likely to be alot of push and pull with them from both sides...Andrade probably telling them about his experience and how it probably wont go to well for them then guys like Santos Escobar and Rey pullin them the other way.

Pentagon in WWE would be the worst thing ever, I’d never even really even thought of it before and now my day is ruined, thank you.
