I’m disappointed to hear that he didn’t kick out of the OWA. I was hoping for it, but I'm not mad that they didn't do it. The result is what matters most.

Wow a wrestling event that makes me feel excited and joyful after it concluded, if it wasn't abundantly clear already AEW is the real deal and it deserved every last dollar out of my pocket book for the effort tonight.

Who gives a shit, he’s the world champ! 😊 I give a shit, thanks. Ok but like... he didn't need to. Watch the match. It was damn near perfectly executed all around imo.

This is the kind of ending Vince used to be the best in wrestling at way back when.

Man I can remember when AEW first started. Hangman was just kinda ok in my book. And now, dude almost made me cry.

That look from Nick and nod from Matt was a thousand times more cathartic than a OWA kickout would've been.

I was so pleased with that match. There were a few shenanigans with Callis and the ref bump, but none of it altered the course of the match or influenced the finish. I think they were largely there to tease Hangman getting screwed because it's what we've come to expect from the Elite. Nice to see the Bucks come out and just watch and I'm so happy for Hangman.
Plus, I hope Omega can put his feet up and have a rest now. He deserves a break.

Considering Kenny is probably losing his last championship to Vikings…now what?

This is like the Anti-Thesis of WWE Booking... and it's lovely. Just imagine if this were WWE and Hangman was booked in a main event with Roman...actually don't, I don't wanna spoil the moment. Me neither but it would have gone like this; Interference from the entire super elite, OWA, 1.2.3 then he would of thrown Page into a dumpster , Then he would have every other champion dragged to the ring to kiss his feet, Finishing the night with a promo calling every other wrestler a loser.

The Young Bucks choosing not to interfere is what really got me. Beautifully done long term story. And they didn't do it turning on Omega, it was respect for Page which made it so much better.

I’m thinking Cole will keep quiet on these things until KOR is signed

I’m disappointed to hear that he didn’t kick out of the OWA. I feel like that's worth saving for a rematch down the line.

For those keeping score... only heel winners on the night were MJF & Dr. Britt. Very face-heavy on the results side of things.

Came in to say very good match but I wish he would have kicked out the OWA
That would added to the Chef Kiss on it for me

The Bucks letting Hangman do his thing was so perfect.
