While each challenger is associated with a different US promotion, it's interesting that those champions were each challenged by an equivalent AAA champion. Would really make sense if there's an agreement for AAA to either take custody of the belts, or absorb the ROH belts into theirs.

One of the possibilities is for ROH to become a contractless Super Indie to stay alive. Whether they do or not, the belts remaining relevant elsewhere is just good stategy, because they all have a worthwhile lineage to sell them in any promotion in terms if why you'd want to hold them

They'd basically be the idea AEW wants tbe FTW belt to be, rouge belts with a lineage that makes you wanted to be added to it

I don't think he will be. His appearance was as his character from EC3's indy which basically got a plug.
