Both Big Boss Man figures, the Bushwhackers that came as a set, yellow Mr Perfect and Honky Tonk Man.
Also loved any that had an action that was unique to that figure. The 2nd Hogan one and Bushwhacker Luke come to mind (although Butch had that action when they swapped heads on the Bushwhackers for their second figures, something which drove me nuts as a kid).

Both Bossman's represented his timeline so accurately. The first figure had his much heavier body which he was at the whole time he was a bad guy. He didn't immediately drop all the weight when turning good but the good guy, slimmer body, was perfect for his early 91 and beyond time period. Also the feature was perfect for the patented side slam. As a kid I always thought guys like him and Dino Bravo, when Gorilla said "patented side slam" that these guys sent paperwork in to the patent place and got a special patent on the move. What a time to be alive!

I had the most fun playing with orange trunks Randy Savage, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Demolition Ax, and Bushwhacker Luke.

All of them. Im short a 123 Kid and series 8 Taker away from a complete set, and best part is I’d say 60% of my collection is the ones I played with as a kid. Im lucky I got most of mine before the pandemic inflated the market. Three years ago you could have got the Kid for $175, now its $650 minimum, and we’re talking loose here. As far as particular favorites, I always like the ones who’s sculpts were never recycled. The Warlord is one sweet figure. The detail in the abdomen of the Anvil was a true to life representation of Neidhart’s roid gut. Series 3 purple Warrior is iconic of the line. But by far the worst Hasbro is the Ric Flair. A terrible head sculpt and they just painted his legs into trunks despite having been sculpted to have ripples to show long tights for Rick Rude. And releasing Earthquake in his blue singlet but Typhoon in his Natural Disasters attire in the same series always frustrated me. You're right about the prices going up like crazy recently. I have a complete collection (minus mailaways). Most are loose but I have 25 mint on card including Series 1 Ax and Smash, Shawn Michaels #2 with black pants, Razor Ramon #2 in purple, and 5/7th of the Green Card series (I don't have Adam Bomb or 123 Kid on card - I have them mint loose though). I have all of the accessories and have I both rings loose too (I don't have all of the blue ring variants - just the Series 1 blue posts model). I got all of this in the early 2000s when they weren't as popular. For the ENTIRE set, paid under $1,000. The green card figures are probably worth twice that or more by themselves now. I still haven't decided to part with them, as I have them in a display case. I have a couple of spots in the case where I could put a couple more carded figures, but the prices have gone so high that they'll probably just sit empty.

I'm so glad I found a 123 Kid a few years ago before the prices skyrocketed. I wish I would have pulled the trigger on mailaway Hogan. That one and the mailaway Bret are all I'm missing now.

I really wish I would've gotten mailaway Hogan. I remember mailaways were like $100+ each back when I got my set. I thought that was just far too much to spend on one figure. Little did I know boxed commons would be hard to get for that price someday.

For some reason I never got into doing mailaways until the mid to late 90s. Then when I did get into it, Figures Inc had the Hulk for $75 which I thought was rediculous. Last year I had a friend send me the loose figure to sell on ebay, he told me do a buy it now for $200 and he would be fine. I listed it as auction and it sold for $636. It was cool to have it briefly after turning it down years ago.

As kids both me and my step brother had the yellow KOTR ring. They were at KayBee toys 2 for $10. And they had tons of them. They sat on the shelves for months. My parents were divorced and I almost convinced my mom to buy me another one so I wouldn’t have to take mine back and forth. I remember in the early 2000s too you could get a blue ring mint in box for like $30.

But by far the worst Hasbro is the Ric Flair. A terrible head sculpt and they just painted his legs into trunks despite having been sculpted to have ripples to show long tights for Rick Rude. Flair is almost certainly the worst, but the head sculpt is actually pretty good when compared to the reference shot they used. After seeing that, I don't hate that figure quite so much. Mind you, I have no idea how they thought that body looked anything like his!

Somehow, despite many jumble sales and donations a lot of my WWF Hasbro figures are still about. Most live in a large carboard box in the attic. Howver four are not. Those four would be:
Jake the Snake Roberts The Berserker Bam Bam Bigelow Greg 'The Hammer' Valentine
My least favourite was the Ric Flair figure, it had zero mobility and an awkward pose.
PS: That Hayabusa above is amazing!! I kind of need that!
