WWE Predictions for 2022

With the next Ppv not taking place till 2022, might as well make this thread now.

-Big E vs Seth for the wwe title at mania
-Drew dethrones Roman at mania
-Seth gets a well deserved title run at some point of the year (might even win it at Day 1)
-Riddle turns on Orton, beats him at mania then wins MITB and eventually gets a world title run
-Austin Theory wins the US title at some point
-Edge vs AJ at mania

I'll make my own predictions later, but here's the 2021 thread for anyone who's interested.

- Austin Theory will have a (at least one) radical character shift.

- Stephanie will become an on-screen character again.

- Bron Breaker makes his main roster debut and is successful for the first few months.

- Becky turns face, ends up on Smackdown again

- One of the four horsewomen will be on her way out.

- 24/7 title will be quietly shelved

I'm going to be one of the few people happy about anything in WWE.

There. That's my only prediction.

Barring injury, Roman will hold the Universal title all year. I hope I'm wrong.

Riddle will win the men's Royal Rumble and win the WWE title from Orton (who wins it at Day 1 or RR) at Wrestlemania.

Sasha will win the women's Rumble and win the title from Charlotte at Wrestlemania.

Becky will lose her title to Bianca and turn back face on the post-Wrestlemania Raw.

Austin Theory and Io Shirai to win MITB.

Bron Breakker will debut after Summerslam and be a top star immediately.

Balor turns heel and beats Cena at Wrestlemania.

Bayley will return as a babyface and Asuka will return as a heel.

Edge v AJ will be MOTN at Wrestlemania.

All of Nxt UK, Sarray, Kushida, Osmos, Shotzi, Deudrop, Cesaro, Io Shirai, Jinder, Kaylee Ray, Priest and Lashley will be released along with many nxt talents.

The women's division will unofficially be blamed for poor ratings and will be gutted, in terms of releases, de-emphasis and at least one Horsewomen walking out.

The "too Asian" meme will be back after releases.

There will be a bad run of injuries/absences which will include Roman and cause some crazy panic booking.

A historic scandal will come to light.

They'll release somebody without realising that they hold a title.

Austin Theory will have a careeers worth of stuff in a year, possibly including a December release to cap it off.

- Bron Breakker is called up and after an initial few months of success, he just kinda gets stuck in the midcard and gets released for budget reasons

- Roman Reigns "turns" face after remaining dominant (i.e. no actual "turning" moment, he just becomes face by default)

- Johnny Gargano does not return to NXT or WWE after paternity leave, showing up on some show that airs on Wednesdays instead.

- RAW ratings drop to 1 million overall at some point in the year

- We'll get three sets of mass releases during the year which will upset many

- Austin Theory as Vince's protege/whatever is quietly dropped, with Theory being eventually part of the aforementioned mass releases

- There's gonna be another tie-in with a Netflix movie awkwardly shoehorned into a PPV

- Gable Steveson appears on RAW and gets an upset win over, um.... Seth Rollins, I guess? They then feud.

- Bayley returns to the roster as a face, while retaining the attitude of her heel persona -- only directed towards heels.

- Von Wagner inexplicably wins a title on NXT, confusing us FANs.
