Washington has some good pieces...... but they have a super bad offensive line and are in dire need of a franchise QB JimmyG for a first.

I said franchise QB, not the scourge of your existence I鈥檒l also throw in Buddy Hield and Marvin Bagley to make it happen.

Man... The Football Team looks like a Broken Team at this point. Between fighting on the sideline and grabbing targeting flags out of midair when you're down 30 at a half... this has not been pretty

Tony Romo Xmas present was to watch a Chiefs blowout and slob all over Mahomes Romo with an all time hilariously untrue line last night about Tomlin holding his players accountable. What Mike Tomlin has he been watching lately?

Today was a really great day to start Miami's Defense lol
Saints were a broken team going into this, but that's a costly loss. Miami however, continues to keep the AFC Wildcard race very interesting. From 1-7 to considering trading for Watson... to 8-7. Hell of a comeback, that defense is tough.

That game shouldn't have been played. Saints were without 20 players. What a joke.

What Mike Tomlin has he been watching lately? I feel like Tony Romo's having a sneakily bad season as a broadcaster. He entered as such a revolutionary figure in 2017, being able to diagnose plays and read formations before the ball was even snapped. But I feel like while that's still there, the majority of his calls are now him just screaming and exclaiming over Jim Nantz's calls. Believe me, I prefer Romo's enthusiasm and energy over Phil Simms' decade of dour boredom, but there needs to be a middle ground. That's why I never liked Gus Johnson. At some point you need to dial it back. Not every four-yard completion in the second quarter needs to be met with shrieks and screams like you just opened the Ark of the Covenant.

That's my complaint on the NFL in general. Dude catches a 3 yard slant on 2nd and 7, does a 4 second dance routine and then flexes for the camera. The announcers are starting to act like every play is a big deal too. Creates celebration fatigue. Makes the "True Big Moments" feel weaker. You see it in the WWE all the time. So much energy is wasted on making bullshit feel special that it actually takes away from the true big moments. I totally get all the celebrations for turnovers, TD's, sacks and other game defining plays. But watching a WR celebrate a mundane play as if they just singlehandedly defeated the Germans at Pearl Harbor is pretty lame.

It's not sneaky at all. He downright sucks and it pisses me off because as you alluded to, he was *awesome* and a total breath of fresh air his first few years. At that point, he signed his new deal and either he decided on his own, or someone told him he needed to turn himself into a borderline cartoon who just screams like an ass every other play. I can only stand "(insert player here) is saying blebble blabble yadda yadda yadda" on replays and "Ehhhhhhh I dunnnnooooo JIIIMM" on nearly every single damn review before I'm longing for the mute button

Oh it's dumb and nothing makes me happier than when those moments backfire and the guy is short or something. While we're on the subject of celebrating: Nothing makes less sense to me than clutching pearls and throwing flags over taunting by individuals, meanwhile defenses are doing choreographed reenactments of "Greased Lightning" and offenses are doing the 'Thriller' Dance after a TD and nobody seems to mind that nonsense.

Honestly, I got something of a real kick out of that impulse biting the Steelers squarely in the ass a couple of weeks ago.
