An easy one to start with tonight. Specifically, the "Silver Screen Edition" preservation of a 35mm print from 1978.

I’ll go along with this. Sounds like fun.
For the first category, I’m gonna watch the first movie in the Mad Max series. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of them. Lol

I've always wanted to watch the theatrical cut just out of a curiosity as to what actually was changed and all that. Even that isn't such a clear-cut thing, because Lucas' meddling didn't even begin with the Special Editions. For example, changes were made between the 1977 release of Star Wars and the 1979 re-release, and more changes were made to the 1980 re-release. There were even three different versions of Empire Strikes Back running at the same time during it's first theatrical release.

If he didn't take over directing Apocalypse Now it wouldn't have gave Lucas the time to start tinkering

02. Directorial Debut: "Duel" (1971) [Steven Spielberg] I watched this too! I was shocked how scary it was, like I'd honestly say the truck at some points was more scarier than Jaws!

For theatrical release I watched two films that I may have had slightly differening thoughts on the absolutely cracking Wrath of Man and the massively overhyped Invisible Man. I'm not a fan of Elizabeth Moss as an actress, I don't know why her acting to a blank wall would appeal to me?!
