I'll give it a 4 but really unsure how to grade it. The opener and the MJF / Punk promo were fantastic, glad Jurassic Express finally won the belts even if I was very checked out on the match itself, and really it feels kind insulting to that stuff to put the show that low, but the rest of Dynamite was total ass. Feel like without the strength of those segments this show would be like a 2 because there was like nothing redeemable whatsoever in the Jericho promo or the TBS match or the constant Go Big Show ads or whatever else happened.

10 out of 10. I felt genuinely happy when it was all said and done, and that's what I like to feel watching wrestling.

I knock points off because everything about the TBS title tournament finals ended with a whimper and not a bang.
Other than that, very enjoyable show.

The show really showed both the highs and lows of AEW's divisions right now. The stuff that's working is A+ great stuff like the world title scene, the tag title scene, Punk/MJF. But the stuff that isn't working, the title pictures of the women's division, Jericho's stuff, guys getting overplayed like Pillman Jr., suuuuuucks. Hour 1 was A+, but the first 45 minutes of hour 2 were bizarrely dire.

7.5
Show fell off around the time of the TBS title match finish. Whole night should have been booked backwards.
Hangman Vs Bryan & Punk & MJF’s talk-off were incredible.

I'm here live and I'll give it an easy 9. Tremendous wrestling all around and an amazing live experience.

I'll say 6. The World title and tag title matches were great. The MJF/Punk stuff was great. Wardlow is getting over. I also like that they're building more stuff for the women.
Crowd was dead for the TBS title match. I think Jade was clearly telegraphed to win but she should be 97 Goldberg and short matches. She ain't ready for long matches. And the Black/Pilman match was just awkward.
I think 6 is fair but man the crowd being dead for about half hour was distracting

Realistically, 7/10. Great first hour, but the bolts came loose for the rest of the show. Hope Fenix is okay, that fall looked awful.
Though part of me wants to give it a 10/10 for Pillman Jr. eating shit on that finish. Poor Brian, I felt bad for laughing as loud as I did.

I was going between 8 and 9, since the good was very good, but there were also some big issues. Still... a dinosaur is my champion, and I am down for that. 9 gets it.

Show fell off a f***ing cliff after the great opener and MJF/Punk segment.
- The Jericho segment sucked, unless you're really nostalgic for early-2000s WWE babyface promos.
- Jade looked terrible, after having a pretty decent match with Rosa. She is so not ready for this spot, and we don't need yet another heel women's champion.
- If I never see Britt Baker interrupt a backstage interview and beat down the interviewee again, it will be too soon. In fact, Tony needs to put like a 6-month moratorium on anyone getting interrupted and beaten down backstage. It's become a crutch and it's tiresome to watch, and you reach a point where anyone who does an interview looks like an idiot.
- OH MY GOD THE LIGHTS WENT OUT AND BLACK IS IN A DIFFERENT POSITION THAN HE WAS BEFORE. I love Malakai, but we've seen it. It's time to go somewhere with this. I have no idea why Brody King was teased a month ago with absolutely no follow-up, unless he's just not coming in after all.
- The finish of the tag title match was a shock, but the match was just a bunch of moves and kickouts. Hard to feel all that good after watching the Rey Fenix spot, too.

Low 8.
Brian v Page was great
Good to see the women in a high-profile match. I know people were not fans of Jade winning but I didn't mind it, she just struggles with longer matches
Pillman v Malakai was what it was. I know they're doing these teases to hide when they finally bring in Brody (If they do)
Tag Match was wild but poor Rey might be out for a long time. However, Penta is more than talented enough to carry himself as a single.

Tony Khan turns into Vince McMahon when it comes to booking the women. The women's booking has serious issues, mostly with a lack of angles, but after the Queen of the Ring tournament, in what universe? WWE hasn't done right by their women in any meaningful way in months. They kind of wish they were just this misused.

I’d rate it a 8-9. Another great show. Not the biggest fan of Jade winning, but we will see where it goes. The World title match was spectacular tho with my man getting a huge retain. Very happy that Jurassic Express finally winning the title, but I am sad for Fenix, I hope recovery won’t be too long.
But overall, I dug it as usual.

I think they're getting there... admittedly at somewhat a snail's pace, but Riho/Britt, Leyla/Statlander, Rosa/Mercedes, Shida/Deeb they're getting there.

Really the only things WWE has over AEW with the women’s booking is that they get more women on tv and they have built up women who are on par with the most popular men’s wrestlers, especially the four horsewomen. However, their overall booking is terrible. And even if I’m not the biggest fan of Jade winning, the TBS tournament blew the Queen of the Ring tournament out of the damn water. I’d say both aren’t the greatest at booking the women.

I was fully prepared to give this show a 10 after the one-two punch of the opener and the MJF/Punk promo. Unfortunately it fell off hard after that latter-most segment.
I'll be blunt: Jade Cargill sucks at wrestling. I don't care how much potential she shows, she is presently a very poor professional wrestler. She got exposed for the second week in a row; Ruby hasn't ever impressed me much in-ring but she's still miles ahead of Jade. So the TBS Title is a wash pretty much right out of the gate.
After that shitty match we had: Malakai/Pillman, which was fine but pointless; the Jericho/2.0 promo which was also fine but felt like treading water until we get to the Kingston/Jericho Fireworks Factory; Wardlow's usual shtick is fun but again, treading water until the "Batista in 2005" moment; Britt and co. beating down Ruby because apparently this show needed some HEEEAAAT; and a tag title main event that was shaping up to be a classic until Fenix mangled his arm.
Hangman/Danielson II was a legit 5-star match; Punk/MJF was a fantastic segment; and the main event would've been tremendous if not for the aforementioned arm-mangling. But I went from starting the night off extremely jealous of everybody in Newark, to thinking I dodged a bullet by choosing not to go.
6/10
