Please not the Daily Fail. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them, not since the series of articles promoting/buying into that awful Dusty Springfield biography. And yet, I'd prefer murder conspiracies to the ones back when we thought it was a heart attack/stroke. (the ones I'm sure some of us would question, with extra Q...)

Why should any of this be made public? Good for the family. Since it happened in Florida, it should be protected by state law. It went into effect after Dale Earnhardt’s death in 2001. No medical records without consent from next of kin.

I heard from people who think the head trauma thing was a cover up and the heart attack story was the real one. For fear of getting into things that are politicized (but shouldn't), I'll shut up now.
