Rok-C has to be headed to WWE, or at least in serious talks. I could buy this happening anyway. But the whole build to this felt very rushed, and right after Deonna lost decisively to Mickie as well.

I don't know what Rok-C's future is, but wherever it is, it should be bright. She's a f***ing prodigy.

Very cool to see all of these ROH guys show up at Impact. Great way to introduce all the new wrestlers to me. Gotta check out next week right from the start! Hell, might as well give ROH another chance whenever they're 100 % back.

I know there's too few of us watching Impact to justify a ratings thread, but I would've given this show a 9. Great up and down.

I enjoyed Impact this time last year with Omega, but this is the kind of product I wish they were putting on when there was a lot more eyes on it.

I enjoyed Impact this time last year with Omega, but this is the kind of product I wish they were putting on when there was a lot more eyes on it. I feel like Omega, Callis, and D'Amore opened a lot of eyes to Impact in the wrestling world that they were willing to play nice with others again. By creaking that door open, New Japan, NWA, and what's left of ROH blasted through it (I think AAA was partnered with Impact before AEW's involvement). Even WWE is playing nice with them by having Mickie James in the Royal Rumble.
So I give a lot of credit to Omega, Khan, Callis, and D'Amore for being open to all this in the first place, and everyone at Impact making Omega and Christian Cage look great, thus turning concerns over TNA's old reputation in cross-promotion stuff into a complete non-factor. I wish we could've seen more AEW talent in Impact besides Omega, Kaz, Daniels, the Bucks, Christian, Private Party, Thunder Rosa, and Matt Hardy (and many of them only appeared once or twice). But contrary to opinions in some circles, I think Impact benefited a lot from that partnership in the long-term. If not from a business sense, than from a product sense by it allowing them to position themselves as the center of the Pro Wrestling Multiverse.
Now I'm thinking of how insane a Bryan Danielson vs. Josh Alexander match would be and am sad we'll probably never get that.

Yeah, Impact & AAA were working together before AEW was in existence.

Watching now, man I know they fired hundreds of talented people but I can't believe WWE fired Phillips, he's great here.

I think that was easily the best wrestling show I watched this week. The ROH angle is a shot of adrenaline for Impact IMO.

What a helluva post PPV show. While there might not have been a lot of in ring action with what when down at Hard to Kill it's understandable but what matches they had were great. Mike Bailey and Jake Something was great and even in defeat Chris Bey never fails to deliver, as while as Laredo Kid.Damn W. Morrissey is over. He's got the look, he's cutting great promos with emotion. It's scary that I can think of at least four or five guys they could put the belt on and they'd be great and credible champs. Loved The Influence and Kaleb running their mouths and it coming to bite them in the butt with Decay and I loved Tasha taking off the interview from Gia.
Hats off to D-Lo. Anthem had better paid him big bucks for what he went through and he sold it all..
Highlight of the night was Brian Meyers on commentary. Great to see him back and he was great. Good to see Charlie Haas again and he looked great. Hope everything's alright with him.
The main event was everything I thought it would be and more. Amazing that Thicconna did this match what,a day or two after that Texas Death Match. Hats off to her. If she isn't the best women's wrestler at the moment in America, then she's certainly top two or three. Everytime I see Rok-C she gets better and better. That match had be literally jump off the couch at the almost pinfalls. Really liked Rehwoldt on commentary and sacrificing himself for Thicconna.
Great to see Riccaboni on commentary.

Amazing match and with Rok-C losing I'm wondering if this means she's off to WWE as has been speculated. Whatever it is, and my hope is ROH comes back and the young wrestlers are the foundation of it, (including her) I wise her the best of luck. Either way I'd love to see Miranda Alize and Trish Adora wrestle a few matches in Impact until ROH comes back.

Sad to hear about BTI leaving AXS. I lvoed it, especially for the recaps of PPV matches. Going to miss Gia and Ice Man and the matches they had. Had some real bangers including the Match of the Year (and not just in Impact); Josh Alexander vs. TJP. That match alone made BTI worth it. Know it's probably not happening but I wish there was another Impact show on AXS. One hour, Saturday night or sometime.

Whole show was fun, unpredictable and fresh. The RoH 'invasion' isn't taking too much of the show up yet. Hopefully it doesn't take over everything!
