Why is everyone everywhere rooting against the Chiefs...Mahomes is a likeable guy, they're fun.. Is it just that they're always there? Partially that for me, partially the league seems (or seemed) on Mahomes being the new megastar QB like Brady and that shit just kills a player for me. I mean yea they promote him but he doesn't get calls like Brady does...he also doesn't scream at refs.

THE CHIEFS HELD NICK BOSA ALL SUPER BOWL LONG HE GETS GOLDEN BOY CALLS That crew doesn't call penalties, look at this year. Bill Vinovinch's crew called the least amount of penalties in the entire league, they had that game. Mahomes isn't protected by refs in games, like you get roughing calls for breathing on him.

I'm 5-4 thus far.
Here we go:
SF at LAR: San Fran just seems to have that pain in the ass quality about them. This should be a shootout. Rams 34 SF 30
Cincinnati at KC: KC is riding high off of one of the greatest playoffs games I can recall. Cincy looks to continue to exercise the daemons of the last few decades in a quest for their first title. Everything in my head tells me KC should be able to get the W at home, but I just have a feeling about the Bengals. Cincinnati 30 KC 27 (OT)

My picks went 3-1 last weekend, 8-2 overall in the playoffs.
- Kansas City 38, Cincinnati 28: Cincinnati has been a great story this season, but I don't see any way that story continues after Sunday. Kansas City is better than them at every level, and even if Cincinnati wanted to win the game in the best way they know how - a high-scoring, fast-paced affair - the Chiefs are the worst possible opponent for that style of play. The Bengals' offensive line has too many questions to try to muddy this game up and win it in the trenches, and Kansas City's offense is too talented against an underwhelming Bengals secondary to let that happen.
- San Francisco 23, Los Angeles 21: As I said last week, San Francisco has just about the perfect formula for playoff football. They run the ball well, they dominate the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, they're defense-first, they can get to the quarterback. The only thing holding them back is a quarterback who should've put them out of the game in Green Bay last weekend with a handful of very dangerous passes along the sideline. But, just as they did in the 2019 NFC Championship Game, I expect the 49ers to control this game on the ground and keep the ball out of Jimmy Garoppolo's hands unless absolutely necessary. If it comes down to a drive where he has to win it, I don't know if he'll be able to overcome the talented Rams defense. But I'll side with the Niners in this one.

Let’s not forget that the Bengals already beat the Chiefs during the regular season. Not guaranteeing they will, but they’re perfectly capable of doing it again.

I think the Bengals melt under the pressure. First time there, young team, against the juggernauts of the AFC. I think one good shot from the Chiefs early and it’s done.
I’m still leaning Rams just by law of averages, but it’s really got to be messing with their head when they have a home playoff game and the stands (predicted) are going to be 65~70% Niners fans. it’s what fueled the Niners to the win in Game 17 and it’s going to be even more of “home” game this time.

I’d be fine with anyone making/ winning the Super Bowl other than the Chiefs. I’m not a fan of dynasties and three Super Bowls in a row would be too much for my liking.

I’ve picked the bengals and niners to win today and while I’m confident of the bengals pick it was a close call. I picked the niners to win the super bowl in thread poll because I’ve got this feeling about the team. The fact they beat the rams week 18 in the same stadium has to be a plus.

I just don't like women and child abusers that flash the peace sign during play and don't get flagged for taunting despite others getting flagged for doing it.

Travis Kelce is 4 catches from only being the 3rd player in history with 100 post season receptions.
Mahomes is 5 TDs from the all time top 10 post season passing list.

There's a real buzz in Arrowhead for this game... oh wait, that's just audio feedback from Ashanti's mic.

Still better than the last time she sang at a Conference Championship game. She & Ja Rule performed at halftime of the NFC Title game in January 2003, which was Bucs at Eagles. Eagles were losing at the half and not even playing well at all, so Philly fans took their disapproval out on the two singers.
