Both Mannings, Brees, Big Ben, Brady...
That's about it for that era, isn't it?

Good riddance. Maybe now we can have a clean league Terrible take. Lmao Yeah he never played on teams that got caught cheating and never cheated by running a secret scheme to mess with equipment.

Then why cheat if he and his teams were so good I guess it's a similar reason why Barry Bonds used steroids even though he was already on the fast track to Cooperstown. These guys are so hyper competitive that they need to have every advantage possible even if they don't really need it.

Or they were at a level and the cheating took them higher thus putting it all into question except the label cheater

My guess is a PED scandal involving Tom will break in the near future and that’s the reason for the retirement.
There is no way that guy wasn’t juicing in some manner. No one plays like he did at age 44. No one has ever done it.
You’re not gonna tell me his dietary regimen was better than anyone else’s ever has been and that’s the reason for it.

The GOAT. A man with more playoff wins than all but two organizations. When he finally got his shot he never let go. Go Blue

I coudn't really appreciate him when he was in NE because of all the tough battles he had with my team, but I've softened on him over the last couple years. I don't really care about Spygate and his deflated balls.

I just found out 10 minutes ago. . I've been dealing with the snow all day. What a week for New England, first Papi makes the Hall of Fame, then the storm now this. I will never be able to find the words to properly express what Tom Brady means to me. I started rooting for the Patriots all the way back in 1985. I remember being the laughing stock of the NFL. I remember my classmates at school telling me to root for the Giants because the Patriots would never win. I would have been happy with just one championship. Now the Patriots are one of the premier franchises in the NFL and Tom played a large part (maybe the largest part) in that. It was truly a blessed life. My only regret is that he didn't retire a Patriot. BTW, back in 2001 during the Bledsoe/Brady debate I felt the Patriots should have gone back to Bledsoe. I was happy with Tom's play I just didn't think he could keep it up. And that's why I never became an NFL GM. Thank you for everything Tom.

As a St Louis Rams fan? Meh. Great player no doubt but getting beat in the Super Bowl and then becoming a non entity of a franchise until we got moved puts you in an unreasonable mood about a player.
Dude is a first year HOF player though, no doubt about it.

Good riddance. Maybe now we can have a clean league 1: He wasn't the sole proprietor of cheating in the NFL 2: I've seen plenty of clean games from him where he made outrageous/ awe inspiring plays for the win and I say this as a die-hard Giants fan
