All I have to add since I couldn't be online for THE ENTIRE THING, is that it was really funny to see Kronke get a Superbowl while the WWE Title was behind him Vince was probably seething lmfao Vince would've been crying into his big piles of money that he got for putting WrestleMania in that same stadium next year. The thing about Vince is, you know personal grudges reign supreme with him, there was literally internal talk about Ted Turner this year within WWE, which is just absurd at this point... so Kronke winning a title? Probably miffed him a bit, cause Vince just don't forget when he's wronged like ever lol

Knew the Bengals were going to choke in the end Youโd be saying the same thing if the Rams lost.

I've taken some flack from people for cheering for Matthew Stafford even though I'm still a hardcore Detroit Lions fan. Not from anyone on here mind you, but still I wanna get something off my chest. For so many years Stafford did as much as he could possibly do to make the Detroit Lions a winner. He played hurt, he restructured his contract to help bring in better players, he played his heart out, he gave back to the city of Detroit, and above all he never publicly complained.
He tried so hard for Lions fans, he put his heart and soul into the team, and if anything he stayed too long. Other players left Detroit and won a Super Bowl (looking at you Ndamakong Suh), but Stafford was special, and because of that so many Lions fans rallied behind him, and were genuinely excited that he was finally gonna get his chance. I'll be a Lions fan for life, despite that being a rough existence. But no matter where Matthew Stafford goes I'll be cheering him on, he a great warrior, a great quarterback, and most importantly a complete class act.
I just wanted to get that off my chest, because last night was probably the happiest I've ever been in my sports fandom, and I'm not gonna let anyone make me feel guilty about it.

Stafford winning throws more fuel on the dumpster fire that is the Detroit Lions. It's one thing to play on a bad team that has a poor makeup. That can change quickly. All teams go thru rough times. It's one thing to play for poor coaching. That can change in a year or two. But when you play for shit ownership your career can be dead on draft-day. He's one of the lucky ones to escape from football purgatory.
I'm a Vikings Fan and I'm glad to see Stafford on top. Dude just loves football. The game kinda mirrored his career: Most of his weapons all go poof as time goes on, he has a couple mistakes, he gets hurt but at the end he pulls a comeback out of the depths of his ass.
Him and his Dawgs are both on top of the football world. It's a good year to be Matt Stafford.

So, I'm guessing next season OBJ goes insane, stripping on the sideline, before running into the tunnel back to the locker room?

I mean, if Cincinnati put some effort into their o-line, they probably would've won this game.
7 sacks, and they still only lost by 3.

Besides the obvious need at OL, are there any key free agents for Cincy?

I didn't have money on the game, nor are the Bengals my team by stretch but that defensive holding call on Logan Wilson was bogus. "THE MOST BOGUS ACT YOU'D EVER PULL OFF!" I hate when officiating crews either miss calls or keep flags in their pocket until the time comes for a game to be won or lost, then the laundry comes out. Total lack of consistency and essentially ruined a well-played game. Also, why the hell wasn't Mixon in there during the last drive? Probably wouldn't got to 4th Down if he was in the game. Looking forward, they'll look to fortify the O-Line, but can they make another Super Bowl run with the competition in the AFC what it is? I expect the Bills and Chefs to come back mad as hell, and a likely Patriots resurgence.

These were my two takeaways from last night's game:
1. The refs need to be far more consistent. If you're going to "let 'em play!" then do it all game, because all of the flags flying in the last two minutes made things super frustrating. That phantom holding call in particular was pretty bad. And I've read that it was a "make up" call for that missed Tee Higgins call earlier in the game, but you don't start making up for missed calls with two minutes left in the game when a defense is making a stand near the red zone.
2. The Bengals need an o-line because if they had one, they wouldn't have been at the mercy of the referees in the first place. I didn't agree with any of the play calls on that last drive, either.
Congrats to the Rams, and I have a feeling we're going to be seeing a lot more of Joe Burrow in Super Bowls in the future.

I personally think we'll see Joe Burrow is a couple more Superbowls but everytime I think/or hear that "line" it reminds me that I heard that about Aaron Rodgers/Dan Marino/Drew Brees/Cam Newton too.
Just making it that far is rare enough.

I mean, the officials missed a number of calls last night as well.
Missed facemask on the Bengals with that one long TD pass.
Missed false start by the entire o-line on the one defensive holding late. Hell, I noticed the right tackle move before the snap.
Missed offsides on Donald on that 4th and 1, as he was lined up in the neutral zone.
But I've pretty much accepted that there's gonna be Missed/Blown calls. And the NFL isn't gonna do anything to fix it.

Dude played with a broken back for that damn franchise.
